Friendly customer service with very quick and helpful reply, even in case of a problem. Fast delivery to Germany. Great products from Argentina, I will definitly order again.

I don't put zero starts because it is not available. I placed an order with them, and not only did I not got my order, but FedEx is suing me for failing to pay them for my order. It was a 90 euros order with shipping costs separate (so no free shipping, guys). They charged for a service that they were not able to categorize correctly; till this point, this can be solved with a simple order cancellation email, but they don't do that. So FedEx is still demanding extra payment for some error from Latinafy. I would never recommend them.

Tengo a mi hermano viviendo en Australia y cada tanto le mando algunos alfajores y harina para chipá. Cuando ganó la selección le mandé un funko de Messi! jaja

Fast delivery
I bought from them a couple of times by now. Mostly soccer-related stuff, and the products arrived in good conditions. I haven't tried so far this feature to requests specific products, but I think I will try it next time.

Package never came
Package never had a tracking number.
When i reached they said there was a mistake and they never send it. I asked if i should expect it to be sent that day and was ghosted. Also took dorever to answer any message.

Viví en Dinamarca unos años y solía comprar cosas del día a día que me hacían falta (yerba sobretodo). Ahora que me voy de nuevo seguramente los vuelva a utilizar cuando me quede sin lo que estoy llevando.

Probé el servicio para regalarle un vestido de Rhapsodia a una amiga que tengo en Italia. Le llegó en los días pautados y sin ningún inconveniente. La atención fue buena, y el proceso para pedir el producto bastante ágil.

Si bien las cosas más típicas como la yerba y el dulce de leche se pueden comprar en todo el mundo, cuando vivía afuera a veces quería cosas un poco más difíciles de conseguir, cosas de Mercado Libre por ejemplo, y Latinafy me ayudaba mucho a acercarme esos productos específicos. Este es mi tercer pedido que hago con Latinafy. En el primero pedí unos alfajores y me llegaron bien. En el segundo pedí unos juegos y ya en el tercero me animé a pedir un poncho y un suéter hecho a mano y me quedé muy sorprendida de lo bien que me llego también! Estaba todo en estado perfecto y bien cerrado, aparte me llegó rápido, asi que recomiendo mucho esta página.
