Just purchased quite a few of lattafa perfumes because of raving reviews! All an absolute obvious pile of crap!! Eclaire, banoffee, yaras dark pink and light pink bottles, all the vanilla supposedly ones like give me gourmand smell gorgeous at first spray. Then nothing but
A weak playdoughy stink 5 minutes after. They’re all the same!! I will never purchase this garbage again. Should be banned and don’t get me started on all the fake reviews!!! Lidls are a better quality than this water!! Should be ashamed of yourselves!!! Not the first clue about perfumes and full of lies!’

Our experience with this company’s management has been extremely disappointing.

After being a distributor for a long period, we felt unsupported and unfairly treated. Communication lacked transparency, and key business decisions negatively impacted our operations and financial stability.

We observed inconsistent distribution practices and preferential treatment that made it very difficult for independent distributors to compete fairly. Instead of building long-term partnerships, the company’s approach appears to prioritize short-term gain over sustainable business relationships.

Small businesses invest significant time, money, and effort to grow brands in their markets. When agreements or understandings are changed without proper structure or support, it can cause serious losses.

We hope the company reconsiders its distribution strategy and begins treating all partners with fairness, professionalism, and respect.

Disgraceful customer service, no respect for customers, selling defective smashed bottles of perfume with no refund, keep the money you grubby little criminals

I bought last year Lattafa Nebras- my all time favourite perfume. I will be buying a back up bottle, that is how much I like it. As addictive as designer perfumes. However after reading raving reviews about Eclaire by Lattafa, I blind bought it, which was a grave, grave mistake.
Eclaire should have not passed Lattafa's quality inspection before its actual release into the public. This ACTUALLY HURTS LATTAFA AS A BRAND, that how bad it is, and I am now less inclined to even buy their samples, let alone full bottles.
Eclaire perfume:
1. There is NO SCENT. And I mean literally. I only smell rubber. No sweetness, no caramel. Just rubber. Even if you leave to macerated, I don't know how NOTHING can macerate into SOMETHING.
2. Water based perfumes are stronger than this.
3. Perfumes for £2.50 on Temu were stellar buys, in terms of intensity as well as quality in comparison to Eclaire - no joke!
4. £3 body mists in supermarkets have better quality and better projection than Eclaire.
5. It has a such a bad synthetic rubber smell, that even flea market level perfumes don't have that.

J'ai commandé 3 parfums chez Lattafa France, commande de 100 euros , Colis privé m'envoie un mail comme quoi elle a été posé en boite aux lettres , je ne trouve rien . J'appelle Lattafa , ils me disent de voir directement avec la société de livraison , la société de livraison qui a très mauvaise réputation ne font aucune action de leur part . C'est quoi ma faute si votre partenaire de livraison est nulle ? il fallait choisir un meilleur prestataire . Moi je sais que j'ai acheté le produit de chez Lattafa , je m'en fous de la société de livraison , c'est vous qui devez trouver la solution et êtes responsable du service après vente .

Lattafa should be banned from civilised countries. It is not just cheap and nasty, it is horrendous to the point that it is deeply offensive. It is not fair that in shops, out on the street, on public transport that I am subjected to this horrendous, offensive smelling cheap crap. How can any country call it's self civilised when it allows it's citizens to go out in public smelling like this, they can't.

The smell of the perfume does not last long. You want to carry it with you when you go out for a long evening. Smell is acceptable, though.

Habe ich leider nach parfumo Bewertungen ein parfüm von lattafa bestellt (Fakhar). Parfüm hält nicht mal 2 stunden und sehr schwach. Ich denke parfumo Bewertungen für lattafa fake, empfehle ich niemanden lattafa.

I really wanted to like lattafa eclair, however it smells cheap, reminds me of a car fragrance that smells nice initially and after some time it gets sickly. It was a blind but wasn't expecting to dislike it this much, it's probably one of the worst perfumes ive purchased. Hubby didn't like it either.

What was that even?? I recently bought Nebras from lattafa by hearing lots of good things about it specially that it has a gourmet smell??? bro what? The smell is not good and very cheap. I mean I get the prices are not comparatively high but its not too low for Nebras I got it for 100+ Dhs? I have tried a lot of Lattafa perfumes and some I have likes and some I had to give it away, But this one? This one just broke my heart as I have so many expectations from this one. DO NOT BUY this one if you are thinking to, because it has a very cheap fragrance and its not even sweet just not a good smell, it feels like I have smelt this is some very cheap local store.

Ich habe schon 7 Bestellungen bei Fragra getätigt und alle wurden bis dato zu vollsten Zufriedenheit ausgeführt. Ich kann leider Feedback zu Retouren, Reklamationen abgeben, da jede Lieferung bis jetzt sehr sauber verpackt und unbeschädigt bei mir angekommen ist. Auch bei der Ware gab es nie einen Grund zu Beanstandung.

Die Düfte von Lattafa sind unschlagbar, hab über Amazon Quad Al Fursan und Ajazzi bestellt beide Parfums top, für den Preis können Europäische Düfte nicht mithalten.

Man hat sich mittlerweile mit mir in Verbindung gesetzt und will mir einen neuen Duft zu schicken. Wenn das passiert und alles mit dem Duft in Ordnung ist, ergänze ich das natürlich hier! EDIT Ende.

Der Duft kam an und ist diesmal auch ganz. Daraus gelernt hat man aber immer noch nicht, denn wieder lag er ohne weiteren Schutz wieder lose im Paket herum! EDIT2 Ende

Es handelt sich um den deutschen Lattafa Shop, der mittlerweile ja nun fragra heißt!

Ich habe mittlerweile locker 400 und davon über 100 Düfte von Lattafa selbst und deren "Untermarken". Und ja, es gibt wirklich gute Düfte, allerdings wird mittlerweile alles maßlos und künstlich gehyped, selbst wenn die Düfte auch mal eher nichts sind und das sind mittlerweile auch einige, Quantität statt Qualität und so! Aber gut, das ist natürlich auch wieder Geschmacksache.

Beim Geschmack hört es aber auf, wenn man regelmäßig miserabel verpackte Düfte geschickt bekommt und wie in meinem Fall nun bereits 6 mal Düfte kaputt waren! Der Grund ist ganz einfach, denn man wirft die Düfte in diesem Shop konstant ohne weiteren Schutz in einen Karton und darin fliegen die beim Versand dann munter umher. Und das geht nun schon locker seit einem Jahr so, was mich bereits dazu bewegt hat, normalerweise die Düfte bei alternativen Händlern zu bestellen, selbst wenn sie dort teurer sind. Aufgrund des mittlerweile völlig übertriebenen Hypes bleibt einem manchmal aber nichts anderes übrig, den ein oder anderen trotzdem in diesem Shop zu kaufen, allerdings kaufe ich weit mehr andere Marken mittlerweile.

Und das war nun auch das letzte Mal, denn wieder ist ein Duft kaputt und ausgelaufen und so etwas läuft in diesem Shop dann so ab:

- Keine Antwort im Chat
- Keine Antwort per Email
- Keine Bestätigung von Emails
- Klare Belegbilder interessieren nicht
- Keine Antwort auf PayPal Nachricht
- Rückzahlung nur über PayPal Käuferschutz

Zusammengefasst also eine komplette Ignoranz und Service gleich 0!

Diesmal reicht es mir aber gewaltig und jetzt werde ich folgendes machen:

Ich schreibe den Hauptsitz von Lattafa an und beschreibe denen in feinstem Englisch das gesamte Theater, das ich mit diesem deutschen (Fragra) Shop schon hatte! Denen wird bestimmt nicht gefallen, dass regelmäßig Düfte kaputt gehen, nur weil man zu faul ist, sie ordentlich zu verpacken. Man scheint sich dermaßen auf einem Höhenflug zu befinden, dass man glaubt es sich leisten zu können, Kunden einfach zu ignorieren.

Zudem gebe ich meine Erfahrungen in allen deutschen und englischen Online Communities weiter und empfehle auch bei Youtube die teils sogar besseren Alternativen von Fragrance World und Untermarken, Paris Corner und Untermarken, Khadlaj, Afnan usw. Dabei erkläre ich den Leuten auch, wo sie die ganz einfach bestellen können. Ich sammele Düfte seit 30 Jahren und kenn sie alle! Und das mach ich jetzt solange, bis der kaputte Duft ersetzt ist. Man kann mich also gerne weiter ignorieren, bis es wieder der PayPal Käuferschutz regeln muss, denn dann hab ich viel Zeit zum schreiben!

Ein wichtiger Tip noch! Mittlerweile wird bei jedem neuen Lattafa Duft behauptet, der riecht genauso und sogar noch besser als das Original. Ich hab von den meisten Düften auch die Originale hier und kein einziger war bis jetzt exakt gleich, keiner! Das macht die Düfte nicht schlecht, denn einige sind wirklich gut und den günstigen Preis auch wert, aber man bekommt eben für was man bezahlt. Und dazu gehört auch der nicht vorhandene Service!

So viel Theater hatte ich noch mit keinem anderen Shop und so viele beschädigte Düfte auch nicht! Selbst weit günstigere "Klonhäuser" erlauben sich sowas nicht!

Nach meiner ersten positiven Erfahrung, ist meine 2. Bestellung eine Vollkatastrophe.

Ich habe 3 Düfte bestellt, die die 85€ Grenze überschreiten. Mir wurde nur 1 Duft geliefert und Lattafa weigert sich, mir die bezahlten Produkte zuzusenden oder zu erstatten.

Der Kundenservice hatte mir eine Nachlieferung zugesichert und weigert sich jetzt.

Unfassbar, dass Lattafa Deutschland betrügerisch handelt!!!

Ware ist ok. Für den Preis ganz gut. Was absolut nicht geht, ist der Umgang mit den Daten. Die Registrierung erfolgte mit einer einmaligen Adresse die nie sonst wo verwendet worden war. Jetzt werde ich genau auf diese Adresse vollgespammt. “Golden Outlet”, etc.

compré un perfume y me llegó otro diferente. me puse en contacto con ellos y les envié fotos.. me dijeron que me enviarían el correcto. DE ESTO HACE YA 3 MESES!!

cada vez que me pongo en contacto con ellos. me envían un correo pidiéndome disculpas y que me lo envían urgente. PERO ESTO HA PASADO 6 VECES!!. y nunca lo envían. se ríen de tí.

The perfume smells OK... longevity is iffy (BLATTE DUPE). IT'S DEF NOT BL (close but very different to the trained nose). Anyways, I emailed them about extremely f***ed up bottles and their corresponding packaging... NO RESPONSE. THEY HAVE NO NUMBER, AND 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE. My OG tracking was sent 5 days after my email, and almost 10 after it had already been delivered. I thought they responded to my email by reshipping my order, despite not actually responding to the email. NO. The systems are just janky AF, and they sent tracking a million years late. Thank God I used PayPal. I'll have to dispute my charges if I want help. It's been 9 days since I emailed for assistance... SMH. I prefer Bianco Latte. I know the quality and performance. I have access to customer service. Lattafa has gotten too big to care about their customers. With the small amount that didn't leak out, I was able to see the perfume fades quickly. It was literally everywhere, and evaporated down to it's core ingredients with 0 alcohol. The shipping box still didn't carry a strong scent. BLATTE you can smell until you wash yourself/your clothes. Also, the packaging is inferior. The paint on my bottle looks like when you add paint remover to spray paint. It has me a bit concerned as to what's actually in the bottle if it's eating the spray paint on their bottles off... ya know? I'm in a bunch of groups, and there's a lot of ppl with the same problems. They have the ability to be great. They just choose to be mediocre.
