The only thing good about Laura Foote design is the actual product however I would warn you about trusting the delivery of the product once ordered . She sent me a tracking number however the label was created but she never dropped it off at ups. I had already paid for it and she did not respond to me for almost a month - it was for a gift for one of my best friends birthday and the date was getting closer. I was in a panic, she would not respond, so I had started reaching out to anyone I could find online who might sell her product and might know how to reach her . I finally got a hold of someone who had some mysterious way of reaching her, and when Laura finally responded, she first acted surprised like she had sent it and how weird it was that I did not receive it, but I could tell it was just BS .she said she was dealing with an emergency which of course I understand it can happen - however in general she just really did not seem to have any customer service skills whatsoever . She offered to send me a second of what I ordered complimentary because of the trouble - but of course I never received that . I had disputed my bill originally after weeks of her not responding - but then reversed the dispute when she finally reached back out to me and overnighted me the ring - it would take a week for the charges to end up back in her account and she actually wanted me to pay her twice cause she wanted the money right away. I told her absolutely not I did not want to be in a position of having to chase her down again should she have been paid twice for the charge. When the charge finally ended up back in her account I reached out to her just to make sure we are all set - she did not even have the courtesy to respond to me andlet me know that she received it after acting completely paranoid that she would not be paid . Ironic given her customers service issues . She has nice stuff but she's extremely erratic and non-responsive. It was my second purchase from her and she did not seem to care about that at all. Won't be Purchasing anything else from her .

Although my bracelet is beautiful, it does not fit. My fiance purchased it for Christmas and he was so excited. It is a bangle with mother-of-pear.
After we found it it wouldn't fit, we contacted LFD. She suggested taking it to a jeweler. This bracelet is $300+. I did take it to 3 different jewelers and they all said the same. Because it is not gold, there is nothing they can do.
I have tried to contact LFD on 3 occasions. I only want another item of equal or higher value. I'm willing to pay because I do like her designs. It's now April 8, and I have not heard back from her. I contacted her via phone, via her support email, via every single way she has to post and CONTACT HER.
