We ordered a Cantilever Umbrella from their website. It came in pretty fast, 5 days. We unpacked and read the instructions. Bought the sand and started filling the bags(4). We read that there were “buttons” to connect the bags together. One bag had no “buttons”. The instructions said it was a safety issue to use these. We sent an email, and was told we could get 30.00 to buy a new bag somewhere because they had none in stock. We continued to use these bags and filled with 77lbs of sand each. The bags were supposed to sit on the metal rails. However, the safety instructions said to move the bags to the end of the rails to avoid tripping. When we did that the bags no longer sat on the rails, so now it was a tipping hazard. So we go from trippin hazard to tipping hazard. I kept the company informed, sent pictures and asked for a refund. They said they would send another umbrella. The whole point here was bad engineering, instructions that were not possible with the actual product. I am still working on getting a refund. Not thinking this will happen. I do not recommend this company at all.

From the start the CSR was awesome. I had a warranty issue with the 10x13 Gazebo roof and they said they would send me a replacement. I was astounded. I received the replacement roof but it was not GREY it was KHAKI. The pictures I had sent clearly showed GREY. They said I would not be able to get a replacement in GREY until sometime in JUNE. This was in April.
They offered to send me the replacement screens in KHAKI, but I paid for the GREY and my house is GREY. I finally said yes for them to send the 2 KHAKI screens and I will wait for the correct part to be sent. CRICKETS. NIKI the CSR has not returned any of my e mails since I asked her to send the 2 KHAKI screens. Just to appease me I thought she would...OR someone would. The Lausaint policy to respond to e mails in 24 hours is not true.
CSR started out awesome and turned into a nightmare.
I am so disappointed.

I lost the package of hardware for my cantilever umbrella and asked to purchase another one. After proving my purchase through receipts (which they asked for), they have gone silent. I have asked them to respond 10 times over the course of 2 weeks and they will not respond. The umbrella is useless without the hardware and I will be out all that money I paid.

Oh how we wanted to love this! We were gifted this set and so excited to be ale to sit out on our first apartment patio. However, the package came with the incorrect instructions (included instructions for a rocking chair set?) and screws. We reached out to LAUSAINT customer service and were e-mailed the correct instructions, but told we had to replace the screws ourselves because they couldn't ship these? After spending an extra $10 to buy the right screws, we began assembling the bar set. As we assembled, we found out we were missing both parts E, which reinforce the chairs for sitting! We reached out to the company again, and this time were told that these missing parts wouldn't be available to ship to us until December - we received this gift in September! Absolutely disappointed in the back and forth, lack of customer service, inconvenience, and now we don't have patio furniture to sit on during the nicest time of year. I rarely write reviews, but this has been such an abysmal experience we needed to share.

Lausaint was very quick to respond to my issue and offer solution. I am impressed by their customer service. Will not hesitate to order their products in the future.
