I’m really happy with my U Shape Sofa Bed Paris VIII with cup holders. The quality is excellent and it’s very comfortable. The whole ordering process was easy, especially with the free fabric samples which helped a lot. The price is also amazing for this level of quality, you wouldn’t find this in physical stores. Highly recommend!

The ordering process was smooth and easy, and I was kept updated at every stage of the delivery. The sofa arrived on time, and the delivery team was professional, polite, and even helped set everything up.

After contacting Lava Joanna discussed with me my needs, preferences, sizes and colours for my new sofa. Fabric samples were send to my house, then I place the order and paid deposit. The remaining amount was paid about 2 weeks before delivery. I am really happy with the sofa, really good quality and happy with the texture and colour of the fabric.

I ordered a couch from them 2 years ago - they insisted I pay with cash on delivery and I did because it was cheap and seemed like a great deal. Upon inspection the couch was filled with tiny bugs which were inside the couch and shrink wrapped in. I immediately called the company and demanded the delivery driver come back and remove it from my apartment as I didn't want bugs to be in my apartment, it was a huge ordeal, he tried to leave and wouldn't give the cash back that I literally just gave him. I had to stand in front of the truck until he removed the bug infested furniture and refund my money - the lady that runs it is also so sketchy, I demanded to know the warehouse in which the couch came from and at first she wouldn't tell me then admitted they come from Poland. Polish tags on the truck as well - there is obviously an infestation in the warehouse and then they tried to tell me the tiny bugs were wood chips. Absolute disgrace - if a deal seems too good to be true, it is. Avoid them at all costs

From the first contact with Lava furniture I was feel like a very valued customer. Answering on all my questions sending me samples of materials even trying to find material which I wanted. Answering on my queries straight away. Even after placing an order they was in contact with me making sure that is everything in order and than I am happy with sofa which I ordered.Very fast delivery I wasn't expecting to be delivered so shortly from the date of order. They was making sure that I am updated all the time with my delivering time. On delivering date they make sure that delivery driver contacted me and finally been in touch with me when I get my sofa making sure that I am happy. Many thank to Lava furniture. My sofa is amazing exactly what I wanted and ordered. Very comfortable sofa. I enjoy spending time on sofa while whole family watching movie. Definitely would recommend Lava furniture to anyone who is looking for correct, professional approach and good quality and comfortable sofas.
