Absolutely 💯 order, dont be afraid. The sofa is got is fabulous and they were so helpful when I was asking a million different questions about fabric etc. Never seemed to be an issue and couldn't have helped me more.
Just be aware, you do have to assemble yourself.

I ordered a Denver VSZ32 wardrobe and discovered all drawer base panels were missing from the drawer pack.
This is not a small oversight — without the drawer bases, the drawers cannot be built at all, meaning the entire assembly had to stop mid-build after significant time and effort.
All packages were checked thoroughly. The parts were not supplied. This is a basic quality-control failure.
The wardrobe itself seems decent, but missing essential components like this causes unnecessary stress and delays. I am now waiting for a response from the company but as of yet no communication . I can't finish the product now until i recieve these parts.
I hope O-sofa resolve this quickly, but customers should be aware of the risk of missing parts.
I regret to say that my experience with O Sofia has been nothing short of frustrating. The cabinet I received had mismatched components that did not align with the accessories provided. To make matters worse, one of the accessories was missing essential parts, making assembly impossible.
When I reached out to customer service, I was met with dismissive responses that failed to address my concerns. Instead of acknowledging the issue, I was told to simply follow picture-based instructions—despite them being unclear and in a non-native language. The suggestion to return the product at my own expense after all of this was particularly disappointing.
I have now decided to work with what I have rather than spend any more time or money. However, this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I would caution others before purchasing from this company. Proper customer service should involve listening to concerns, offering real solutions, and taking responsibility when products fail to meet expectations. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
Would not recommend.

Following the correspondence, I see that the only problem was the assembly instructions, which are not in any language - they are picture intsruction.
Regarding the damage, I have messages where we ask you for details so that we can replace components or repair them - we have not received a return message.
The parts you did not receive are parts you did not order.
All correspondence is available for review.
We are very sorry that you are not satisfied.
Plenty of our customers in Germany, Czech Republic, UK, Ireland, France, Netherlands, Lithuania and Croatia are satisfied. If we have dissatisfied customers, we never leave them without care
