I have no idea where these bad reviews are coming from. I never had an issue with the perfumes and the orders, I even shipped them outside the country as presents.
The quality is amazing for the price as they are quite long lasting.

This site is connected with the taxefreeshoping site, stating it is a QVC Outlet, which it is not. It is a company tied to Laverne in Saudi Arabia. Taxefreeshoping is in Singapore. The site URL is taxefreeshopping with an extra E after tax. Both of these sites have bogus email addresses for returning items. You can check on sites. Nothing matches like most shops. I would not buy anything from them. Beware. I was looking at collapsible racks to buy 2 get 2 free, which should bring up a red flag. This is a Laverne company on the credit card is why I am posting here. Yet, another website. When googling, Laverne only has perfume on the site, but here it is listed as household, perfume, and clothing store. The Laverne return page is only for 966 area code as the required matching phone number. You can't` request a return according to the steps. You can't request a return legitimately on any of these sites above.

If I could rate it a 0, I would. Terrible customer service. Delivered half of my order and the other half have asked me for 6 weeks to be ‘patient’. Worst brand ever

After a months and a half no shipment.
They do not answer to email and no refund.
Avoid at all cost.

I have very bad experience, the notes on their website are misleading and different than the notes on Fragrantica.
I do not know which one is correct.
I ordered perfume based on reviews on YouTube, I did not open it, I just tried the sample only but I felt that it smell something completely different from what I expected.
I contacted customer service and explained to them but they refused to exchange or return though the bottle still in its original packaging and I did not open it. Wondering why did they send the sample!!!!!
Very bad customer service.

It came without the perfume. Talked to their customer service, no solution. They only repeat the same sentence over and over, like talking to a robot.

They manually select wich reviews are shown in their site. Don't trust them
