We bought a sweatshirt for my son and it was too small. We wanted to get a bigger size. We completed the return form twice within the 15 days of purchase as stated on their return policy. We have not heard back from the company. I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication and from what I'm reading it seems to a common thing with this company.

Hi everyone. I had an issue with a lavish saint product around 2 months ago, to be specific it was the striped pants. I let them know and they told me to issue a return, i payed for the shipping fee to return the product and now they haven’t responded or issued a refund for over 2 months. Wouldn’t recommend

I bought a pair of hoodie that was stated maroon color in the website. When I got the hoodie it’s color was even nowhere near the color maroon, it was as much as purple it can be. I’ve filled out return form more than 20 times and emailed same amount but it’s been over 15 days still I haven’t gotten any respond. The company runs by bunch of teenager kids probably.

Update: Lavish has reached out and solved my issues.

I've placed an order for two items on July, 4th. Then no status update for many days of my order. I wrote them to ask when they will ship my order and on the 11th July they came back with "we hit a temporary stock shortage on our end" and "But good news: our new stock is landing within the next two days"

Since today 17th July just radio silence, no news, no order update at all. I wrote them twice, nothing. Communication definitely needs to be improved.

Total radio silence
My son bought a pair of striped pants, but did not like them and wanted to return.
Contacted Lavish which replied which size he want in exchange. We replied we wanted to return the pant and get refunded
Since then no reply no nothing from that ‘company’
We’ve mailed several times plus filled the return form on their website

Stay away from this company

They definitely deserve a 5 Stars, the customer service is pretty good they replied fast and solved my problem , i had a small delivery issue and they solved it swiftly. The quality is pretty impressive for a good price. Recommend 👍🏼

If there was a 6 stars button I would give it 6 stars, great quality for the reasonable price, very good fit and let’s not talk about the designs , the design is absolutely creative I have been wanting these kind of tees for a while now, something creative and new. At first I got an S but it turned out to be a a bit small so I returned it and got an M which was just perfect, return process was easy and straightforward. Thanks to everyone behind this brand and wishing you success

Bought a gift for my friend’s birthday and she loved it. lovely designs and fast shipping.

Helaas een broek hier besteld kwam vrij snel aan dus de levering ging goed. De broek lijkt helaas totaal niet op de foto dus wil deze heel graag retourneren. Nu is het advies om contact op te nemen met de klantenservice, al vrij vaak een bericht gestuurd maar krijg geen reactie? Ook een mail gestuurd ook hierop wordt niet gereageerd. Heel jammer het leek een betrouwbare site. Maar als je niets retour kan sturen is het nogal tricky om te hier te bestellen. Ik hoop nog contact te krijgen maar of dit gaat lukken.....

They offer 15 days size exchange if you submit a refund. After that you should recieve a email.
Well i submitted it 3 times and they just dont send me a mail. Its been more than a week waiting now.
On top of that its seems like they delete reviews on their website if they are negative..

T Shirt quality seems decent, however customer service is terrible. Pray that your clothing fits you right, cause the option for a size exchange is just a lie.

Ordered two shirts size M because i trusted the sizing guide. They were to small. Fine, i thought. They offer size exchange so i will just ask for a refund.

Well they just ignore you. Already send a refund 4 days ago, no answer. Send one yesterday, still nothing even though their package arrived just 7 days ago and they offer the exchange for 15 days.

Their delivery took them 2 weeks aswell, even though its quite long, it didnt bother me. But the fact that their offer of size exchange is just scam, its really sad.

Cant recommed, except your 100% sure it fits you.

I saw this brand on tiktok, wasn’t sure if i would receive my package at first, however i saw the positive reviews in their website and i ordered. It took about 5 days and the package arrived in good condition. I would just recommend to make the front logo on the saint cigars hoodie a bit smaller, however overall very good 👍👍

package arrived in 2 days, the packaging was nice , saint cigars hoodie is amazing the printing quality was so nice and the cocktail lounge t-shirt was pretty well and the cotton feels high quality

shirt had een productie fout.Kon hem niet meer terugsturen en zou ipv daarvan een nieuw shirt krijgen. T shirt nooit gekregen. Ook hele slechte communicatie en verzingdinstijd is echt heel lang
