Don’t buy anything there 🙏 just overpriced clothes that have the same quality as the one in Walmart

Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. The sweatshirt I received was embarrassingly bad quality — thin, poorly stitched, and nothing like what was advertised. It felt cheap the moment I took it out of the careless packaging, and after barely any use it already looks worn out.

The service somehow managed to be even worse. Customer support was unhelpful, and clearly uninterested in fixing the problem and have still no response from them. I felt like I was inconveniencing them for receiving a faulty product.

For the price, this was a complete waste of money. I expected high quality and decent service, but got neither. I wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone they clearly don’t care once they’ve tooken your money, no accountability, no solution no apology just empty response. — save yourself the disappointment and money!!!! and shop literally anywhere else BUT HERE.

Very poor quality hoodie for the price of £60. Trying to get my money back. I would have rated 0 if this was an option.

REALLY disappointed with this hoodie and the terrible customer service. As others have mentioned the hoodie is not worth the money at all. You’d get better quality from primark or Asda so I expected more after paying £60. I was willing to pay this because it’s what my son wanted for Christmas but I can’t even seem to exchange it for a bigger size. They want pictures and measurements and do not reply to emails. Please don’t waste your money!!

Can’t complain about the delivery but quality for €60 is shocking , print on this jumper is very cheap and will not last, jumper is prob worth €10 I would not recommend , god knows why my son asked for this for Xmas

The quality of the sweatshirt is not great. It looks like redbubble or some other “upload your own graphics” sweatshirt. It is rough to the touch and just underwhelming. As well, they do not allow any returns for size. At All. Their size is very small for men’s. But don’t worry. You can get 20% off more clothes if your clothes don’t fit.

i reached out for a custom design change of a hoodie and was contacted fast with many help the deliery time was good and very open to custom changes and customer supper the quality was also good and fits perfectly.

Great store. On 24th of January 2025 the order arrived (I ordered on 16th of January 2025). The package wasn't damaged, everything I ordered was inside. They sent me the number of the order and the way where I could check it.

Fast delivery and a hoodie that well met my sons expectations. There was however a manufacturing issue, but this was quickly and easily solved by customer service who answered within a very reasonable time due to the past holidays. They were very helpful and polite, that's why the get the highest rating. Problems can sometimes evolve, but the key is customer service and how they deliver a solution.
