They sell shonky goods and will not honour refunds and do not have good customer service. AVOID!

Don’t order from this company. The positive reviews are fakes. Poor customer service. Poor logistics. Slow response times, that is if you’re lucky to receive a response on email, no one will pick up the phone or respond on online chat. Made a bad decision to order from them. My order was placed almost 2 weeks ago and I’m yet to get a proper response from them on my queries. I’ve finally cancelled and hoping I will get a refund. Please don’t have anything to do with this guys and hopefully they will shut down eventually.

This company is a compete scam, they do not respond to anything I say, wether its via email, instagram, twitter, or over the phone.

DO NOT ORDER, they are scam, I cant believe it, I have now reported them to the police, over 20 unwashed emails since April for a damaged mirror.

I'd give this zero stars if possible. Ordered something at the beginning of April and it is now July! So item and no refund. I've emailed and called and no response to calls or emails. This company shouldn't be allowed to trade.

HORRIFIC customer service!!
We ordered at the beginning of April, within a week we contacted them about a return. We are now almost in JULY and haven't had someone collect the furniture or our money back. These people are basically thieves!

Terrible company. I ordered a countertop basin and wanted to return it after receiving it as it wasn't at the end what I exactly wanted. I have sent thousands of emails and called so many times. No reply. Worst customer service and Lavishway is THE WORST company I have ever had to deal with. Lack of responsiveness meant that coudn't return an item, and that's my statutory right to do so within 28 days of purchase.

I believe the company has some financial problems and maybe is going bankrupt. Lavishaway just takes the money and runs. You can't return the item. Wish I looked at the comments before the purchase...

I have been disappointed with this company since my order arrived. I ordered a wardrobe which arrived on time but arrived attached to a wooden slat and frame. I am 6ft 1 and the wood structure that the boxes were clingfilm to was bigger than me.

The structure was left outside my building and I was told that the structure was suddenly my problem. I had to pay for someone to take it away. The box was damaged along with one of the doors.

When I put the wardrobe together it was missing 2 hinges. I contacted lavishway to complain about how my order arrived and thr missing hinges. They sent out 2 hinges in the post which did arrive quickly however one of the hinges was bent and was missing a screw so was useless.

I have since emailed lavishway and I keep being told that my complaint has been passed to the "relevant" department. I am yet to hear from this department. Lavishway have now stopped replying to me. Their phone number just calls out and their online chat is always busy.

I really like thr wardrobe and want the matching draws and bedside table but I will most definitely not be ordering it through this company. I will find a different retailer who sell the range.

I will never buy anything from lavishway again.

Ordered something and it never arrived. Emails to say my address wasn’t right (I literally live there?) and now not answering emails or picking up the phone. Going to have to contact the bank to get my money back, such a hassle.

This company has appalling customer service. I have been trying to return an item but despite their policy stating they accept returns I have not been able to contact company despite sending 4 emails, numerous attempts at phoning and live chats (non existent) I have had no luck.
So if for any chance you need to return an item if faulty or you change your mind you’ve got no chance.

AVOID ordering from this website - listen to the reviews. I regrettably spent over £300 on furniture from them over 6 weeks ago and it still has not arrived or even been dispatched. They claim to use a delivery provider that no one has ever heard of, and Lavishway ignore all calls and emails - there is no way of contacting them. This is clearly common practice for them as they do not seem bothered about disgruntled customers. I'm currently in the process of reporting them to Trading Standards and advise you to do the same if you order from them.

Had a sink delivered damaged. Emailed to arrange collection and advised to use appropriate package and have item ready for collection as they would be in touch with a collection date. This was well over a week ago I have emailed twice with no reply, I’m now stuck with a faulty sink and no reply by email and no answer by telephone. Please think before you buy, as there is no customer service.

Unacceptable cannot get through on the phone to arrange a return and zero email response. I’ve contacted everyday for nearly a month and nothing!!! They have over £300 of my money and won’t acknowledge me. False to say they accept returns if you cannot even contact them.

We have tried for the last 2 weeks every single day to contact lavishway about a return and to get our money back. They don't answer the phones and their chat online is always busy. This is simply unacceptable and false to say you accept returns if you never answer your customers!

I found the product to be very well priced and instructions easy to follow. The final product was very good quality. Delivery took a little too long but as long as you know it could be 2 weeks plus then that’s ok
