Goodness me where to start.I rented an apartment in Salford quays I had to pay £6600 rent up front.which the actual owner knew nothing about.He was shocked when I informed him I had no choice but to pay it.They informed me every year that the rent was going up.Again without the knowledge of the actual owner.Who never put my rent up in the 5 years I lived there.They emailed to say they were coming for a property inspection I asked to change the date as my 16 year old daughter would of been in on her own.They turned up when I was at work.The agent said to my daughter this apartment had a nice vibe but I'm not sure if it's the apartment or you 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬.So I informed the landlord who was appalled he stopped LC agents doing inspections.When my tenancy was up I had no handover I never heard from LC.37 days after moving out i received an email demanding £2000 pounds for costs.The owner of the property gave me permission to decorate LC said it was unorthorised when I had the owners permission.They have tried to charge me for mould in the property when the owner was fully aware and sent me a dehumidifier.£900 for an oak floor that had a water stain from the dehumidifier.Absolute disgusting agency please avoid at all costs

Abysmal company -
Initial emails breached GPDR and were so incompetent and a lot go back of forth, a lot of asking the same questions when the answers were in a previous email.
I then ages completing their forms after they were finally sent over, they came back to say I hadn’t disclosed a CCJ, which I was unaware of - I asked for some clarity on this and they were blunt.
With the time they took to reply and this, they’ve left me finding somewhere else in such short notice after getting excited about the properry. Their pending fees seemed extortionate too. Avoid!

Terrible agency, dreadful at dealing with any issues.
Always had to chase for correspondence, flat had major cleanliness and repair issues which were unaddressed 15 months later despite constant chasing.
Pathetic customer service and treat tenants incredibly poorly, absolutely do not use
