I saw the car online and phoned to see if they were open on a Sunday saying what car I was interested in. I had a 3 hour drive and the salesman had already told another customer I was coming to view the car.I was delighted with the service I received and the whole experience. I would throughly recommend this dealership.

I was lucky enough to have Adam and Tim help me in purchasing my new car. They were both extremely helpful, guiding me through everything that needs to be done (taxing, switching licence plates, etc).
I can't thank them enough! The whole process was so organised, quick, and personable.

I have bought many cars in my time and the salesmen always give you a headache, but not here. Went to look at a car I had seen advertised, lovely white Mazda estate, very well turned out and had had a great valet, couldn't resist it. I was left to browse at my leisure and had to go to the salesmans office to enquire about a purchase, was never hastled once. The sale was very easy, I really had nothing to do but let them see my p/x and that was it. All the documentation and getting the car ready was all donefor me, I just had to pick it up 4 days later, love the car. Thank you Lawsons, a great place to buy a car and would have no hesitation to buy my next car there, Thank you to all involved in my sale, first class service from start to finish by a very knowlegable and friendly salesman. My family and I have trusted Lawsons for over 30 years. Richard and his family are synonymous with mine when it comes to cars. When my husband and I were in the position of needing a new car there was only one option.

We had looked around at other garages locally and checked out Auto Trader, which just confirmed how well priced Lawsons was and how diverse their options were for us. Their website is detailed and helped us to narrow down our options. It also gave us a good indication of finance options.

When we got to Lawsons, we were met by Tim who was friendly, honest and really knowledgable. He was able to speak thoroughly about the different cars that we were considering and he provided us with really sensible advice. In no way did he try to push us towards our most expensive option but instead gave us the space and time to choose.

Going on a test drive was simple and confirmed that we loved the car we were in, a VW Passat estate.

The buying process was easy and Tim made it really friendly and straight forward. It gives us great peace of mind that we can return to Lawsons with our new car for all servicing and MOTs in the future, as we will with our other car. Adam in servicing helped us out in the past with our VW Caravelle and gave us really honest advice when faced with an issue.

If you need a new car, which is well priced and taken care of, do yourself a favour and go to Lawsons. Avoid the sleazy, dishonest sales staff that can be found at other garages and go to Lawsons where you’ll be looked after and have a variety of options to suit.

The team at Lawson Cars are very professional and do not at all rush you when browsing their stock or when purchasing. They’re very helpful with any questions you might have and genuinely are very friendly. Makes for a very easy and comfortable experience. Credit to the team for that.
