Couldn't recommend Lawsons Autotech Larbert highly enough, this is actually the 3rd time I've used them (previously for MOTs on my motorhome) and they never fail to impress.
I thought I had an oil leak after a service, and they couldn't have been more helpful, asked me to bring my campervan straight in that day. The girls on reception were lovely, told me to take a seat, help myself to coffee, and even let me plug my laptop in so I could work remotely while I waited.
The mechanic took me through to show me under the van, which was completely dry, no sign of a leak at all. My my van is new and doesn't have a dipstick ☹, only a sensor, and it was giving a false reading. He topped the oil up, checked it, then had to drain some back out again once it showed too much. I felt bad for all the work he'd put in over a faulty sensor reading, but they were so lovely about the whole thing.
Honest, friendly, and genuinely helpful people. Five star service, every time.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, everything was professional, honest and incredibly efficient. The diagnostics were explained clearly and backed up with photographs, so I could see exactly what the problem was and understand why the repairs were needed. That level of transparency really gave me confidence.

The pricing was excellent and far more reasonable than I expected. I genuinely thought my car was destined for the graveyard, but the team had it repaired and back to me the very same day. The speed of the repair was outstanding, and the quality of the work has been first class.

It’s refreshing to find a garage that’s honest, knowledgeable, transparent and fairly priced. Excellent communication throughout, no hidden surprises, and fantastic value for money. I would highly recommend them to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thank you for such an outstanding service!

“Whispered to the junior, ‘She’s a nasty boss.’ An hour later: I’m banned. Went home: expelled 😵‍💫. Paid £1060 for a repair, £120 for a diagnostic that only ever finds one thing. Car still clunks, door won’t lock. Bonus: she complained… to me. I hadn’t complained at all. Comedy gold. Would highly recommend if you enjoy chaos, pointless authority, and getting blamed while paying for it.”
