Very helpful staff and well organised. Plenty of parking. Burger van on premises so you can get food on the go.

Sales person called back when they promised. i have been a customer for many years now, and Lawsons always give great service at a great price.

The staff were very helpful and made it a pleasure to shop with you, the office staff were so good this morning when I called to check my delivery time, and when the two drivers came with the delivery they helped put the fencing supplies in the front garden fantastic service

went in to for some help in buying some wood asked the person on the counter how much the wood ( 2 types ) was spending £100 ( maybe not lot money ) he seemed off handed in giving me the cost like it was a hard job when I said ok of can I buy the following told me to go out into the yard and speak with someone
saw 1 person I did not even say any think to him he just shouted " your have to wait got lot people to serve "
no a way to run a business or customer service
went else were !

Delivery was due by lunchtime on a Wednesday. I had this confirmed the previous working day saying that my order was loaded on the lorry and ready for AM delivery.
It got to 3 pm on the day of delivery and no show, I called them and discovered that the order was still not loaded and would t be with me until the Friday.
Someone somewhere was not telling me the whole truth so I’m left a bit disappointed and having to have a difficult conversation with my customer.

First time I’m using Lawsons. Shop staff,yard staff and the delivery driver were very helpful. I will start using them from now on. The delivery was very prompt. Quality of my paving slabs was stop on.

I find the rep very helpful Matthew to sort things out and come up with the correct prices. Where possible.

Reliable service once again from New Malden branch working in association with Ascot branch for the Douglas Fir Sleeper products not stocked locally. All goods left neatly by the driver on our front driveway without restricting our parking. Quoted price accurate as usual.

Excellent products delivered promptly as usual. We have been using the Lawsons New Malden branch regularly for years and highly recommend then.
