A while back I had applied for funding from Legal Bay and I had submitted a review prior to being approved or not approved for funding. Sadly I wasn't approved for funding; however, the best part of this was the experience that will stick with me for a lifetime.... Legal Bay IS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL lawsuit funding company that I have encountered out of 15-20 others in the industry... I have had the privilege to go through the process with other companies, some with approved results and most without... What made Legal Bay standout from the rest was the thoroughness from beginning to end of each step of the process and I truly appreciated the fact that I was treated with the respect and explanation as to what was going on, needed and possible outcomes and WHY.... Through my experiences, there is nothing like being able to know why and how something works on both ends in order to appreciate the outcome wether it is in your favor or not.... In My particular situation it just wouldn't have been a good business decision for Legal Bay to go forward with the contract during the nature of my lawsuit at that time due to defendant filing for chapter 11and not having a specific timeline or payout dates available... I just wish I had contacted Legal Bay prior to said activity (Bankruptcy filing), because I have no doubt that the outcome would have been monumentally different... Ana Sanchez did all that she could to get me an advance on my pending lawsuit award. I was in a really bad spot when my car broke down hundreds of miles from home and I was stranded. The process took a while longer than I had anticipated but after this review I'm truly hoping to have the money they approved me for.

If I would’ve gotten my money from them
Then they would’ve gotten a great review. But seeing that I did not, and the reason was my fault, (not entirely!) not theirs, (at all!) I should mention how bad the money was needed and waiting even a day or two or more was not a option. Nothing could be done until Monday because it was Friday & they are on the east coast. Anyways lack of constant communication and no follow thru. I’m sorry but I would have made sure that I hand delivered my clients their check to them to make sure that they were paid but that’s just me. Thanks for nothing but wasting everyone’s time.

Legal bay was absolutely more than what I expected very professional amazing, amber was very professional she did tell me we will do everything we can to help you and get you the money you need, and she did, thank you amber.
