Very compassionate and knowledgeable team
I sought Lawtons out after having quite a bad experience with a different law firm. By contrast, Nicola and everyone else I delt with at Lawtons were very compassionate, which was the most important thing to me after going through the most traumatic experience of mt life. They work with some very competent and caring professionals. Nicola and Jessica were great throughout the process and helped me get a result that was better than what I could have imagined.

From allegation to trial.
I instructed Lawton’s at the date of a criminal allegation in Jan 2023. From the first police station interview, through the investigation, the charge, the preparation and the trial. This took 2 years and 2 months.
From the outset, and throughout that time I received really good, sound legal advice that ultimately contributed to my acquittal. My solicitor Paul Dillon, handled my case and was professional and knowledgable. He was approachable on a personal level, and even provided contact outside of work hours, throughout the process.
I was later assigned a Paralegal to my case, Owen Caminsky. Owen was absolutely invaluable throughout the lead up to trial, in every single aspect. He was thorough, meticulous, supportive and went above and beyond to meet deadlines, provide information, breaking down legal language, attending trial (whilst dealing with a busy caseload) and supporting my barrister. He would regularly respond to me, outside of work hours, working to 11pm or so, on my case. His professionalism, hard work and demeanour put me at ease at an incredibly stressful time, so his addition to the team was vital. He also applied for a defence costs order after my acquittal, to gain some reimbursement.
I thank them all for their work, throughout this harrowing and stressful process.

First of all Lawton's are a expectational Firm. Got my NFA. Lawton's Great to deal with friendless . Was arrested back in July 2023 and through the first stage at the police station Jack had ensured me and gave me great advice and kept me well informed through some of the investigation. But when he left I was given Christopher Wilson who I have no words for he was absolute star , he kept me my worries low and knew I was in the right. He always kept me well informed and was always polite and understanding when I had a question through my investigation . I would highly recommend Lawton's especially Christopher Wilson.

Lawtons are truly an exceptional law…
Lawtons are truly an exceptional law firm! I’m so glad I put my trust in them. Stephen was so knowledgable professional and the entire team knew exactly what they were doing! I felt supported and reassured and had the best possible result during the most stressful period in my life they really made it as less stressful as possible! Owen Caminsky was brilliant and always available to answer any questions they really put me at ease!
