My experience with Caddick Davies was outstanding from the very first conversation, right through to the conclusion of my case.

I initially spoke with Louis Gorman, who took the time to discuss my situation in detail, offer genuinely helpful legal advice and even review the evidence before I'd committed to becoming a client. Having spoken to other firms, the difference in approach was immediately noticeable. There was no pressure, no sales pitch, just honest, knowledgeable advice and a genuine willingness to help. That initial conversation gave me the confidence to instruct Caddick Davies, and I'm so glad I did.

Once my case was underway, Niamh was absolutely brilliant. She was thorough, proactive and incredibly supportive throughout. She kept me updated, patiently answered my many questions and made sure every detail was considered. What really impressed me was how much effort she put into exploring every possible avenue rather than simply taking the easiest route. I always felt that my case was being taken seriously and that the team genuinely wanted the best outcome for me.

I highly recommend Madelaine Sumner at Caddick Davies who was terrific advising and representing me in respect of a charge of using a mobile phone whilst driving, potentially carrying 6 points and a significant fine. Her knowledge, advice and empathy throughout have been superb. Eventually the CPS dropped the case due to an unrealistic prospect of success and insufficient evidence. Madelaine was always efficient, knowledgeable and supportive, dealing fully with my queries and all the issues. Whilst still a trainee solicitor, I have no doubt she will go on to have a successful career when fully qualified. She certainly deserves to. I say that as a retired family law solicitor! In addition, the fixed fees charged were fully transparent and very reasonable given the work involved. Rather disappointing. Called about a potential speeding offence and the guy I spoke to didn't really sound interested. Didn't ask what impact any points would have (a lot!) or about any issues with job etc... (again, a lot). Basically told they couldn't really help and it would be up to the court. I guess I expected too much after reading all the amazing feedback and claims on their website. Such a shame...

I contacted Caddick Davies regarding a motoring offence in which i had to attend court for. From start to finish the whole experience was made so easy with the help of this company. In the office i dealt with Niamh McHale who was fantastic with all correspondence and always friendly and helpful over the phone with any queries i had.
