I have been a long time customer of laybyland and i love their products, the quality is fantastic and very reasonably priced. It's the best way to buy, the payment plans are very affordable and easy on the budget. I highly recommend laybyland.

Waited along time to receive my Product which still haven't come! They said it was scheduled to arrive between 10-15 dec. Both these days have passed and I'm still currently waiting for the product which have supposably stuck in Welshpool For the past 3 days whom doesn't have a number to contact
I'm getting sick and tired of waiting 😫 and thinking about cancelling my other orders and attending to get a Fully refund of each order. If I don't receive it.. now they Give me A new date 23rd of December which is ridiculous...

Used to be good, now terrible! I was told items I ordered were out of stock, picked something else and it was also out of stock while still listed for sale on the website. Terrible customer service, would not use again

A week after I paid my layby off I received an email saying Laybyland no longer stocked that item. Absolutely appalling, but not the first time this has happen to me with this company. I am still waiting for a refund of the item, there seems to be a lot of “refund processing” going on each time I inquire but I never see the $$$$. Safe to say I won’t be purchasing through Laybyland again and definitely do not recommend anyone else does!
