Loving the service an I had a little trouble with connecting my bank to start with but one of the service providers helped me through it an haven't had a problem since, I'm excited an can't wait to see the kids faces

The item i ordered was unable to be attained because the supplier was out of stock. Was told that you are unable to hold large items due to warehouse congestion. Missed out on a great deal and had to shop elsewhere after waiting over 10 weeks before being told my options were to refund or chose another item. The items listed were terrible at the same price point and very disappointed for a first service. Will probably not use you again in future.

Was paying off some wish gift cards which are digital egift cards so they're sent through email, I payed off the rest of my layby and explain I'll need the gift cards sent before my son's bday, the lady told me 48 hours I said that's fine, it's now Monday I organised all that on Thursday and still no gift cards in my email, I called them and was told 5 business days for a digital gift card ??? I called wish gift cards and made a complaint myself and she said that is very wrong as they only take 10-15 mins process. It has ruined my son's birthday unfortunately as I was unable to give him the day he deserved.
The payment plan was great but the wait time is a joke

Disgusting customer service. I paid off my items months ago and they still haven’t been delivered. When asking about my items I was treated with no respect and told if I take legal action they will make up evidence so they win. Like wow!

Ordered a jingle jollys 8 foot tree, then was told it can’t be delivered to me yet I was happy to pay up to $60 delivery just like other companies charge, instead I got a $30 sorry Laybuy something else email

My dealings with layby land have been issue free. It is easy to contact them & have changes made as I did. (upgraded the item to a dearer model). The delivery of items is very efficient & timely. Would recommend to anyone wishing to partake in a layby.

I was sketchy to use this site. BUT I ordered a lounge and the only issue I had was that the item was not avaliable on completion of my laybuy, so they gave me an extra 20 dollars and let me chose anither item. I love my louge and i have another laybuy happening at the moment! - Australia
