Always nice shopping experience in my preferable Lc store ...only spoiled by the rude attitude of one of the staff ...name is Mustafa tag ..even asked to complain to the head staff and wasn't available ...

I've made two orders in each one product was big for me so i've made a return,i didn't get my money back since the 12 of december.I will file a compleint to the autorities,i've called them 6 times and for nothing. Just don't do the same mistake.🤬🤬🤬

The worst form of service that a customer can experience is that the cashier (in this case) argues with the customer, drawing her into a conflict, and not bringing the discussion to a solution. By the way, she is obviously telling a lie because the same customer, waiting in line for 10 minutes, listened to her talking to her colleague, slowing down the work of the cash register with over 10 customers in line. A humiliating experience. Well, if you want to wait at the cash register until tomorrow and experience the uncultured behavior of an uneducated person twice your age, hurry up.

Scam? Waiting since two weeks for my order. Transportation company provided an update today that the package just arrived in Czech Republic, while I’m in Germany. Two weeks after order. Meanwhile, the incompetent service tells me that the order was already delivered. Will file a fraud case with my bank now to get my money back.

Such poor service. The process of getting back your money for returning items ordered online is especially difficult. I avoid this store now after a number of unfortunate experiences.

Für die Retoure werden 4,95€ abgezogen. Hinzu kommt noch das man die Kosten für die Retoure auch noch selbst zahlen muss. Absolut intransparent! Abzocke!

On September 10, 2025, I placed an order (No: 2509101201317) through the LC Waikiki mobile app. One of the items, “Kids 2-Pack White Tank Top,” was missing from my parcel. My order included several other products, and I paid a total of 2,173.04 TL. The missing item costs 189.99 TL.

Since the package was delivered sealed and intact, I didn’t record a video while opening it. When I noticed the missing item, I immediately contacted customer service. However, they replied by email stating that my order was complete and refused my request. Even though I clearly explained that one item was missing, no solution was offered.

The missing product is currently out of stock, and if I want to reorder it, LC Waikiki only offers a coupon and expects me to pay additional shipping or other costs.
Therefore, I am requesting a refund of 189.99 TL for the missing item.
I do not accept that the case was closed without any proper action taken.

Yeah far from being best out of best for women. But for men to buy some affordable pieces, why not I think. The prices are very good to fulfill the apparel collection for winter, spring and summer. The choices are immense here. In the end, there are so many designs, even picky guys will find smth decent. For not picky like me it’s even easier. Just give me a good price.

I bought a sweetshirt from a month and didn't wear it before this month
I wash it and a small piece of it change its color
So i went to carfour city center alex to change it
They told me to go to same branch which i brought it from in cairo because i don't have the receipt
So when i asked about the mobile number that they always ask about
they said they take it for advertising
And a shirt by 850EGP just used for once can use it as cleaning towels

The clothes are fine . The website is terrible mede. If you want to order you have to select the address. The problem is that the most of the address are not in the website.
You can NOT make an order. It is impossible.
