We have bought and sold a number of properties over the years and can wholeheartedly say the service and value we have had from Birgul at Leadenhall Law Group in Norwich has been by far the best. Most importantly Birgul has responded to everything quickly and communication has been fantastic.
Without a doubt our go to solicitors as and when we next buy or sell, look no further.

Leadenhall's were the solicitors for my recent flat purchase, as a first time buyer in UK. Half way through the process my case was transferred to Laura Caskey. Laura was brilliant. She always responded to queries promptly, explained the processes simply and was reassuring and supportive. Her manner is warm, professional and efficient. I cannot recommend her more highly. But the process was incredibly lengthy - it took almost 4.5 months. I know that most of the delays were well beyond the solicitors' control or remit, but until Laura took over I didn't feel that there was any sense of urgency. There were other members of the team who were very helpful, professional and pleasant, and all in all it's been a very good experience.

At every step of the way, she was ahead of the game and almost impossibly responsive, especially when it mattered most. I can’t recommend Leadenhall Law Group enough, especially Afshan Malik, who helped me and my partner secure a property as first time buyers in a lengthy transaction that lasted 7 months. She did everything in her powers to get everything ready for us as soon as possible, chasing the slow solicitors from the seller’s side with fantastic promptness. Her attention to detail and professionalism helped us identify key factors in the transaction process that would have otherwise been easy to miss. She went above and beyond to get us to exchange and completion, with relentless chasing and outside office-hours communication. Afshan dealt with a lot of challenges on our behalf, but she was always on top of them, finding the right balance between protecting us from the legal intricacies outside our control and keeping us up-to-speed with the important milestones in the process. They also gave us access to the Hoowla platform to understand the timeline and have a transparent record of all the legal documents used in the process. Although there was a tiny issue post completion with regards to the stamp duty payment their accounts team was responsible for, they resolved it and still ensured an overall excellent experience when working with them. By having dealt with the seller’s unprofessional and slow solicitors, it becomes even more apparent how the core qualities of your legal team play a key role in your transaction, which is already a stressful and cumbersome experience when buying a property in the UK. Picking a team so well-established and knowledgeable as Afshan and Leadenhall Law Group are will only save you a lot of hassle and mental load, as they truly are the best to rely on in the process of buying a property.
