Great course and experience. As always, nothing is perfect but this experience was enlightening and thought provoking. I'm really pleased I attended the course and I met a very interesting as well as diverse group of delegates...and I did learn about myself, others and Leadership in Management.

The Leadership for Directors is the most inspiring course I have ever been on. It had everything you would require to develop your leadership skills. It was fast paced, engaging, informative and I came away with ideas of how I can implement the learning from the three days in my personal development as a leader. I'd thoroughly recommend this course to everyone from new to established leaders.

I thought the style of the course was very good and the activities as were the activities.
The course is for people that are either supervisors or managers and have a team to lead, but at Andium we don't have team leaders or supervisors so unfortunately this course wasn't relevant to us.

The course was nothing ground breaking but was very well presented and allowed participants the time away from the office to think about and develop their skills.

An incredibly intense week for both psyche and physique. Brilliantly led by highly qualified facilitators this week couldn´t have been more efficient on how I see and manage myself in order to lead others - peers, direct reports and even managers.

The Leadership in Management course goes right to the heart of good leadership. It was an intense, challenging and moving experience that has provided me with a new perspective on leadership within my organisation, and a refreshed sense of my own personal power as a leader.

A Fantastic Course which is extremely well structured to challenge the individual in their Leadership Style and shows methodology to apply theory into practical deliverables.

An excellent week (29 Jan - 02 Feb) at the Leadership Trust facility in Penyard House, Ross-on-Wye.
Facilities were very good at the hotel although the rooms on the 2nd floor were quite dated with poor showers.
Course content was excellent giving excellent guidance throughout the week with some challenging concepts.
The Climbing experience was brilliant and a big thank you goes out to all the climbing team for their efforts and encouragement.
Great fun and would recommend to any organization looking at developing their leaders.

A fantastic week of self awareness and self development! A must for any leader or aspiring leader! Cannot recommend the course highly enough!

What a week! Can't recommend it enough, truly inspiring five days, exhausting and intense but met some lovely people and learnt loads about myself and lots of new skills :) :) :)

I really enjoyed the Leadership Trust course, it was unlike any I've ever attended before. The learning through experience approach was invaluable and has led me to re-consider my approach to leadership & management.

This course is a very intensive and tiring experience, but well worth the hard work. There are a number of projects to do while on the course, and at times they are challenging, they are also fun and enjoyable. The activities are managed very well by a fantastic team of professionals, but be ready to get either cold or wet (or even both).
This is great for any individual wanting to become a leader, so bring an open mind and a great sense of humor and you will love the experience.

Great, thought-provoking course with really enjoyable exercises throughout the day. I had a great bunch of people to work with during the day and the facilitator was brilliant, super friendly and knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend for those wanting to learn more about the basics of leadership and wanting some gems to put into practice when they return to work.

What a great experience, and a fantastic set of tasks with much deeper learning embedded into them.
Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to develop their future leaders from within.
