A superb introduction to Leadership

Very enjoyable. A well-structured and well-paced course. Individual learning goals and outcomes of course may vary, however, it does show how much more there is to learn, and that the work really starts after the course has ended, implementing and building on skills on a day to day basis.

Excellent course. Really engaging as it is experiencial learning. Better than sitting and listening for the entire course.

I came away felling positive, full of ideas and with the energy to put into practice what I have learned. Thank you for an amazing learning experience.

Great course, I would recommend this course to anyone who is looking for guidance after taking on a role that involves, leadership/management of a team. Robin, was a great mentor on the day and I really enjoyed it.

Thought provoking and insightful, I have already put lessons learned in to practice.

Being the charity sector ten years I have attended a lot of training and admittedly had reservations before beginning the Leadership Trusts 'Leading with Impact'.

However this was the most impactful training I have ever attended and has opened up new ideas and ways of thinking about my leadership. I cannot recommend this highly enough!

Nothing beats the full experiential learning one would come to appreciate : facilitators by your side reminding you why you are there for and team mates whom you have known for less than 5 days seeing how you lead under pressure, giving honest feedback pulling no punches during the process. Love it.

I highly recommend the Leadership in Management course to anyone serious about leading successful teams. It is a long and tiring week, but it is a journey where you will discover new things about yourself and how you interact with others. There is a lot of time spent outside, so I would recommend going when the weather is fair and the central sessions can be conducted outside rather than by Powerpoint. A very good week and conducted very professionally by all concerned.

I enjoyed the week spend on the training in Pennyard house. This was an excellent experience. I would recommend that course to any manager interessed in the effective leadership.

The level of knowledge and competencies of the teaching staff was truly remarkable. I appreciated the very practical/experiential learning design, which allowed for a deeper learning. The Course Director was amongst the best I have seen in my career.

I can't recommend this course enough. If you want to learn about you and the impact you have on the people around you, get involved. You will have a new perspective on life both professional and personal.
