An amazing experience!
This course is like no other I have experience, the format and experiential basis of the course are so beneficial and impactful. It was great to meet other delegates from all over the world and have this immersive experience together. Would highly recommend.

Very good experience and qualified staff. The only comment from my side is the stress that we feel during long days and no rest during the week.

What training!! It was demanding but enjoyable and provides a new experience.

Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. There was a mixed bunch of candidates from all cultures and continents. The going gets tough and the days are very long but that makes it enriching. Task orientated with no tests. The way to learn is through feelings and being honest with yourself. Be prepared for outdoor work and the clothing that goes with it!!

Intense, unique and an experience never to be forgotten.
Some invaluable leadership and awareness models. Challenges which excite you and take you out of your comfort zone so the reflection and feedback are relevant. This is a course not for the feint hearted, but for those aspiring leaders who want to undertake a true "under the bonnet" check on themselves and how to develop personally and professionally - because both elements are interlinked in how you conduct yourself as a leader. The icing on the cake is meeting some very interesting people from different sectors/backgrounds and learning from each other.

Very down to earth , simple but highly effective training. Which enables you to learn more about your own strengths, pitfalls and leadership skills. Which on the side will give you to share a unique experience with other professionals.

While some aspects of the Program I did not agree with the approach, I am certainly glad I was part of it. It's given me a chance to review my own behaviours and put them into a much clearer perspective.

I had high expectations going there and I was not disappointed.

I have just recovered from a hard but enjoyable journey of learning about myself and becoming more self aware of how I can be perceived by others, while pushing myself physically and mentally to the limit. The staff are friendly and experienced, while being surrounded by natural beauty and greenery. Highly reccomend anyone that manages others to attend this course.
