It really is a crash course to leadership as it forces you to apply skills and theories to real-life projects.

Fistful thank you to all the staff specially the people working behind the event for all the efforts been butting in this great course.
It was an unbelievable experience in 9 days with 107 hours of hard physical and theory work with an excellent experience instructors.
It was tough but I really enjoy it, and I have learnt a lot from this course, and I have got to now a great friends.
So thank you a lot.
Note:- The hotel need at less laundry service and air-condition system in the room.

A great course, in which you’re busy, progressively learning by doing (over long days) and at the right tempo, keeping you on your toes!

Haply surprised on how activities (climbing or caving) had a real link with leadership in management.

Very well balanced program: group projects, common projects, plenary sessions, theatre play (even here I’ve learnt things related with management), activities……

It was really amazing and unforgettable life experience. We're all being pushed into group of unknown people with unpredictable and challenging tasks and situations, but very quickly became close to each other and learned how to collaborate, trust and get out the best from each one regardless of so many different characters. Great support from facilitators and activity trainers to comprehend our own strenghts and override weaknesses. I believe in very positive and beneficial effects of this training in my both private and professional life.

A very well put together course with extremely competent facilitators. Would recommend this to anyone who is serious about senior management/leadership.

It was a great experience. Although I see several point for attention. The training is less multicultural. Mainly UK people, therefore the English understanding for non English speakers was very difficult, because no one give the effort to speak properly, neither the facilitator.
There was no professional feedback given.
The after course review / discussion was very very useful. It shift the full course experience to different dimension and helped me to understand my confusion and learning from the course.

possibly the most daunting and difficult course I have attended but also one of the most rewarding. Worth every hardship through the process without a doubt.
