Best three days of Leadership Training you can get. Pitched perfectly at the attendees and a very rewarding experience.

Excellent, unique & wonderful experience

I was pleasantly surprised that the course was so different than any course I’ve ever done. It opened my eyes on so many aspects of leadership that was not clear to me. I learned a lot about my self and my style of leading. I wasn’t aware how my actions impacted other around me.
The course was really enjoyable as well, I did things I never though I was able to do. I discovered new strengths I wasn’t aware about, and some weakness I need to develop and reduce. I would definitely recommend this course to others. They just need to be warned about the level of engagement and let their family’s know that they won’t be able to contact them as much as they would in any other course.

I had an incredible experience on the Leadership for Directors course last week - highly recommended.

With some time to reflect following the course my views are as strong as in the immediate aftermath. The experiential nature of the programme was intense and challenging but it was also an incredibly rewarding experience, through which I learnt a lot about myself and leadership. I was fortunate to have an excellent facilitator in Neil along with a great group of individuals who made up our team for the week. We started the week as strangers from a diverse array of backgrounds and I can certainly say that by the end of the week a strong bond of friendship has been formed amongst us all. We have committed to stay in touch and support our ongoing learning journey.

The only bit of constructive feedback I provided at the time is that I felt that a little downtime could be allowed for catching up with families back home. Taking a week out of home life is a big commitment and not having much of a window to connect to the real world is tough. Notwithstanding that, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the Leadership in Management programme.

The best Training program I have ever been. Really well organised - good facilitators and venue.
It makes you think a lot about your leadership style and you can use feedback provided in training in a really positive way. It also shows you where your limits are and how you react when you are out of your comfort zone.
I would recomend this training to all leaders.

Three points:

Being a full non-native English speakers team, we found ourselve spending a fair amount of time concentrating on the "wording" of the instruction instead of the main messages. I felt it had an impact on our participation efficiency ... and we are all human being, completely forgeting the "competitive" environment we are in is difficult.

I did the climbing which I really appreciated, but I felt embarssed to hear the feedback form the colleagues having done the caving. They did not see the point.

Great facilitator, Vicky, although i felt she let, I suppose on purpose, some conversations shifting a bit too long to details. Great program director, Tom.

A great course with an alternative approach to leadership training than the usually formats used. It makes you think long and hard about your internal and external behaviour and the impact it has on your colleagues. How subtle changes can improve your style and help influence your team to become high performing.

Challenging, out of comfort zone, with good review and feedback after every project!

Excellent training, very useful!!! My only complaint is the high intensity of training. In my opinion, training should be shorter (3 days) or if it is 5 days, it should be more diverse. For this case, my proposal is a visit to a some city in England (London, Liverpul ....) or some other region and organize tottaly different project....

Unique experience!
No way to get such a good feedback as on this training. You test your strengts, your emotions and increase your self-awarenes!

Fantastic course, really helped me to achieve my personal learning objectives and begin implementing into day-day working life. Cannot recommend it enough

The best learning and development experience I've had, ever!

Passed training at LeadershipTrust two weeks ago. I was satisfied with the results of the training, discovered new aspects of the inner understanding of myself. I recommend to all managers who want to be a real leader to complete this course.

Excellent experiential learning! If you want to be pushed outside your comfort zone than this is the best place to put in to practice... mentally and physically challenging!

Amazing! Life changing.

The approach of experiential learning was very enlightening for me. I learnt a lot about myself, and the behaviours of others. It came as a crucial point in my personal and business life to make me stand back and reevaluate where I am and where I want to get to. Hugely grateful to be sent on the course.

The team bonded very well and, thanks to our facilitator, were challenged to continually improve ourselves. The course is extremely well put together and thought through. Being able to disconnect from reality and go with it was hugely beneficial.

The theory appeared more targeted at new managers and leaders who perhaps had not had any training or done their own research. However, the theory of management is generally simple and easy to understand, but extremely difficult to put into practice, so even people who are well versed in management theory would benefit greatly from this course.

A great life experience. Was really an exciting time, meeting great people and we are all better for it. Whilst it was an event which tasked you both physically and mentally going outside your comfort zone looking back it was worth it.
