I returned back from the Leadership in Management course just over a week ago and I can honestly say that I had an amazing experience.
All of the staff at the hotel were great, food was very good and the room was more than adequate for the amount of time I spent in it.
The Leadership Trust staff were the people that made the week so good, they are brilliant at their jobs and very perceptive in understanding people and what they need to get out of the course.
I would not hesitate in recommending the Leadership Trust to anyone, in fact I will be actively encouraging people to get in touch with them.

Needed time to reflect individually during the course of the program but the program was very tight and didn't get a chance to digest everything "individually'.

The programme encouraged me to be who I am through excellent facilitation by our course leaders.. Denise, Edward and Sharon.
I learnt how to use my voice in a safe and supportive environment within a wonderful cohort of peers.
There was an intensity at times during the rogramme but as Senior Leaders this on reflection was an essential element of the overall learning objectives.

Amazing experience! Unlike any other type of training that I have undertaken. All about learning from your experiences rather than theory.
Would recommend it highly to anyone who is considering it. A safe environment to take the shackles off and express yourself in a way that isn't always possible/desirable in the work arena. Met some amazing people and facilitator into the bargain!

A superb experience that provides a safe space to have fun, develop and meet great people

The Leadership Trust (LT) provision of the Queens Nurse Executive Leadership Programme was seamless from start to finish (9 days over 3 separate modules). The facility is excellent and the two LT facilitators (Ed & Denise) were hugely experienced and extremely slick operators, enabling all of the candidates to get the very best out of our privileged opportunity.

Excellent course that not only challenges you but coaches you to be the best you, you can be.

A really positive experience giving me plenty of time to reflect upon. I think the most powerful piece was the feedback at the end from others on the course. The caving was also an experience I will never forget and I enjoyed being pushed well out of my comfort zone.

Too many of activities in too short time without clear objectives, but in overall, it was a good opportunity for developing of team spirit in difficult and intensive conditions. If I were leadership trust team, I would reduce the number of outdoor activities and increase of number of education and workshop related to understanding of information given by Tom on the common education seasions.

A fantastic learning experience that I would happily recommend to colleagues and friends. A challenging week with plenty of ups and downs that resulted in some incredible "light bulb" moments for me. I feel I have learnt things on Leadership Trust that will stay with me for life.
