Absolutely shocking. I couldn't believe the service. Shocking. I paid for a conversation kit for my sons bike as a birthday present. I gave them the make and model of the bike and even sent measurements. They sent me a battery that doesn't fit inside the frame and then had the nerve to tell me that I didn't tell them the bike make and model and frame measurements. So, did they just guess. I spent $1600 + to be treated like this. Do not buy anything from these guy's. I am now $1600+ down the drain and a very disappointed son. Please purchase elsewhere

They sent me singed motor with loose magnets. It was a kit with 350w motor and pair it with 26A controller. I spent the night before seeing it all up and on the first ride the next day, it fails about 8kms into my commute.

I open the thing up only to find charred looking windings, the magnets are not glued down (didn't notice that until later inspections) and assembled with a series of bent washers. After multiple correspondences, no refunds, not even a partial was offered. That's fine, I can always put another core into that wheel but I will never buy from these guys again. They should know that 26A is too high for a 350w. It was suppose to come with 20A and I didn't see the spec at first. I'm used to seeing the label on the side of the controller normally and it wasn't until after that saw it on the bottom. NEVER AGAIN!!

It was all lies!
They were initially helpful on email, answering questions before I purchased.

But turns out it was all lies. The rear hub motor kit they sold me for a BMX with 110mm rear hub spacing was useless. The motor fits, but leaves zero room for the freewheel on one side, or the disc brake on the other side.
I’ve been building bikes for over 20 years and the product they’ve sent me does not work. Now in email they make more bogus claims and tell me i shouldn’t expect what they advertise in the product??!!

Not a reliable or safe company to purchase from. AVOID!
