Leafpackage レビュー

The ice cream bags were fabulous! Used them for customer appreciation gifts for our 1 year anniversary. Would buy again. In fact....need to see about ordering a few more!

The tissue paper coffee bags I ordered turned out great, and my customers love them! Leaf Package was great to work with - they were very responsive and helpful for all of my questions and artwork changes, and the turnaround time and shipping were very fast. I'll definitely be ordering again when I run out.

The product is the best green powder drink out there- you have to try it! There is nothing like it out there- pure Microgreens freeze dried and it taste minty with no aftertaste- all my vitamins and greens in a half glass of water -

Excellent customer service through the entire product selection and ordering process. We ordered custom bags for our business and love the print and bag quality. Thank you!

I placed an order for my company in order to go through the process prior to placing a larger order for an event that will happen in the fall. I'm glad that I did. Something good, the sample pack that I ordered arrived very quickly and gave me the opportunity to see the product prior to placing an order. Something not so good, I placed an order for one of the products (light yellow color) that is only available with an order of 10,000 units. That was not clear on the order website and Leaf is still advertising that color on the website and social media without any notations of having to purchase 10,000 units of this color. When I noticed the color on the proof not being what I'd ordered, I was told, that color was for a special order client and I'd need to adjust my order to 10,000 units in order to receive the color. I made a different color choice for the order. Shipping: Leaf is using a service called SpeedX. I've tracked the delivery several times and since April 3rd, there has been no update on their website as to a delivery date. When I reached out to Leaf on the 8th for some sort of update on delivery, I was told that the order had arrived in the US and was in customs. According to the SpeedX website, there has been no update. That is challenging from a customer's point of view. I'm fine with an order taking some time for delivery but there seems to be no way of actually knowing the ETA for the order. I'll have to take all of this into consideration should I place a second order.

I ordered a coffee bag from leafpacakge, their quality is perfect and their support team always responds within 3-5 hours. I will keep order from them!

Excellent Customer Service throughout my many orders!

Absolutely loved working with this company! The quality of my retail bags is beautiful and exceeded my expectations.

But what impressed me the most was their excellent customer service so attentive and easy to work with. Highly recommend! I will definitely be coming back for more 🩷🩷🩷
