We use Premium Addons for elemetor more than 4 years, it is great plugin. Have a lot of useful modules (around 90), and also rich functionality. Support is fast, and fix issue almost immediately.

Poor Billing System & Unhelpful Support
I had a very bad experience with Leap13.
I canceled my subscription on February 4 before renewal. Despite this, their system did not process the cancellation correctly, and my card was charged later when funds became available. I contacted support immediately, but they refused to refund unless I could provide a screenshot proving the cancellation.
This is unreasonable. In normal software services, when you cancel a subscription, it is canceled — customers should not be expected to take screenshots of every normal action just in case a system fails.
Instead of resolving a clear billing issue, support hid behind a strict refund policy and made the situation unnecessarily complicated over a small amount of money. This wasted my time and forced me to escalate the issue through Stripe and my bank.
Good products need good customer service. Unfortunately, this experience shows poor handling of billing errors and little respect for customers.
I would advise others to be very careful with subscriptions here.

Great plugin, great support
Bought a lifetime unlimited subscription some time ago. Plugin seems to be solid, and there is bunch of interesting widgets. I've been using Elementor for quite some time, and honestly Premium Addons allowed me to push designs to be more interesting making my websites look more modern. So over all, was very happy with the product for the price I paid ( and I bought it while not on dale so paid full price of 299 ).
Today had the opportunity to test the support for the first time. And I must say everything went super smooth. There was an issue with one of the WooCommerce widgets, and Karima ( if that is actually the real name of the person not just an avatar :D ) helped me instantly. I think I did not wait more than 2 hours for my ticket to be addressed. Conversation went smooth and my issue was resolved. No hassle, no waiting. Very helpful. I have big respect for teams who take their products seriously and are there for you if some issue arises. Not only take your money and put you on ignore.
All in all great plugin, with great widgets, very easy to use, and on top of that very good support.

Absolutely fantastic! Premium Addons for Elementor takes the builder to the next level. The widgets are incredibly versatile and powerful.
I had a licensing issue. Premium Addons Pro License Key Not Working. Support responded incredibly quickly and resolved the problem promptly. Highly recommended for anyone serious about building beautiful, high-performing websites with Elementor!

Licensing issue quickly resolved

I have a Premium Addons license
I have a Premium Addons license. I had a minor issue using one of the widgets (Image Comparison Widget). I reported it to technical support, and they responded very quickly. They added a snippet of code (HTML), and the problem was resolved. Thanks to Abonob for your timely support.

Exceptional Add-On and Outstanding Support!
Premium Addons for Elementor is truly an amazing asset for bringing your website to the next level! It’s packed with powerful and creative widgets that make any site stand out beautifully. I’ve been using the Pro Lifetime version, and honestly, it’s one of the best investments I’ve made for my business.

Great plugin and great support
Using this product since 2021, and NEVER disappointed: updated, with interesting functions, and really supported by the staff.
I've contacted the support 2 times and in every occasion the support was helpful and fast, truly resolving the issue.
