I wanted to love my purchase from Learning Roots - I purchased the Kiitab bundle for Eid as it had been recommended however when it arrived it had a cheaper card version of 'My Mat' and no details on how to access the online course. After spending over £100 I shouldn't have needed to chase up the purchases. I sent a couple of messages and received a response that the 'My Mat Lite' was exactly the same as 'My Mat' however that contradicts what the website says. Also the advice they gave on how to access the course didn't work so I have had to write again to try to get access to the things I'd purchased as part of the bundle. It's left me really disappointed and definitely affected the original excitement we had for the product.

Edited to add: After 2 emails I did finally get access to the course that I'd purchased. They refunded me £2.99 for my mat but no apology or accountability.

Alhamdulillah excellent product! My daughter has already memorized half of Surah Duha from practicing along through the Juz Amma Quran book! Very, nice and clear voice with proper tajweed.

I bought 7 books for my daughter and her friends, they absolutely loved the activity book. It contains so much useful information and a great way to encourage the kids to get excited for Ramadan.

I purchased few books and the kitab set mashallah it’s beautiful and very easy to understand and read! My daughter enjoys readying and my son has stated to join in aswell .. and Ramadan books aswell very good . Daughter enjoys doing them !

This is the first time I ordered from their website and for sure it will be the last.thr reason because I was so happy and excited ro find a books that will help my child to learn about ramdhan with the activities and many more.have not been notified for the progress of the order,have been waiting since I ordered the books on 17th March,the books did not reach me after I emailed the company they send me a track that shows the books were delivered I cannot see the delivery in my building the picture is not showing nothing that is left in my door or down the building.i lost my trust on them.they are not offering any help to solve the matter,my daughter wad very excited to have them for her Easter holiday unfortunately I paid the money for undelivered item so I don't recommend it to anyone I had a bad experience.its awful

Masha allah my go to for educational resources for my children. We have the Juzz Amma/Kitab pen, Salah cards and recently purchased the Ramadan workbooks. Highly recommend!

More than satisfactory. A good investment, especially if you don't get to take your children to lessons or you need them to have a resource that is more self-help. Jazakum Allahu khayran!

Excellent quality books, you feel like a lot of effort has been put into them MashAllah. I highly recommend, especially for children growing up on the foreign land.
