Awful experience with this company, would avoid with a barge pole!! Bought the RHS level 2 course for my partner. Needed to make a small admin change so emailed them, and tried to contact them by email (they have NO telephone contact number or web chat option) but received no reply. They completely ignored my further 3 emails. At this point I requested a refund, but again no reply. I then contacted the RHS for help, who responded immediately. I am still waiting for a response from my final email to them, after which the RHS say they can then help resolve the issue. Customer service is apparently
Non-existent!
Not ok when you have just spent nearly £2000 on a course.
I read reviews of other people afterwards who have had similar experiences!!

Having access to Piet’s knowledge and experience was well worth the price of admission. I was disappointed by the complete lack of feedback from my fellow students. Also, it would be worthwhile to have a bit of feedback from a professional on our final design, even if that meant bumping the price up to accommodate it.

As a life long gardener I wanted to learn more about what I was actually doing with my plants and why.
So far I have found the mix of video and written information very helpful and I have even enjoyed writing the assignments.
I would definitely recommend this if you want to understand how plants grow, the differences and how to look after them.

Whilst study process is well honed with good study material and marked course work and access to quality tutors the ability to access support and help in relation to the administration has been very poor. E-mails and messages sent have not been responded or has been very haphazard and the response (or lack of !) a recent request to delay taking the exams has been very poor resulting in me having to contact the RHS myself. I am still waiting for Learning with Experts to get back to me.

The feedback from the tutors was personalised and helpful, although on line I felt that my work was taken seriously and considered at all times. It was helpful to have model answers now and then as the wording of some of the questions could sometimes be ambiguous. I felt the course supplemented my practice as a long time employed gardener.

Communication with this organisation is difficult. Emails go unanswered for days. There is no telephone number to call and the website contact forms do not seem to work well.
They replied once I got in touch directly with the RHS, they then confirmed they are short staffed. Not great when they have taken your money and you are chasing to make sure they have entered you for upcoming exams which you have already paid for.

I have been doing the RHS Certificate for a year now. They promote their platform as being a community - there is no student community, no discussions on line. When you send a query via "help" it says we will get back in a few hours...I have been waiting 2 days now. Emailing direct is just as bad and as slow. Minimal engagement with the "experts" and out of date/errors in materials (they say "we have been meaning to update that"). On a positive, the platform is user friendly, and the majority of content and resources good.

I have been trying to get in contact with someone from your organisation for over two weeks. Jack replied to my initial email but hasn’t to any follow up message I’ve sent, which has now been about 7. I am extremely disappointed

We have been completely miss sold a course and wasted money. This has been purchased through a buy a gift voucher.
Purchased what we thought was a tutor led complete course to then find additional tutor written books were recommended and so far not used, a good way to increase sales. Then find out that it's not a tutor led and reviewed course but peer led with no peers apparently. If we wanted to upgrade! another £200 then we could have the tutor review.
At the point of writing this i don't know if the fault lies with voucher company for not putting all the information on the site or the course site for not giving all the facts but in trying to resolve this I've had a lot of issues and slow responses

It was late evening when I decided to buy a course (The Art of Chocolate Making.) A discount appeared onscreen, which was a nice bonus, but when I tried to paste it on the order page, it turned out I hadn't actually copied it. I sent a chat message, and within five minutes I had an e-mail response detailing my discount code. I am very impressed. Thank you Jack :)

I paid for Andy Tyrrell's next-level bread baking course and was initially excited to watch the videos and learn how to make bread. I thought the video started off well but was then disappointed that a few things were spoken about but not actually shown, like not showing how to shape the dough before putting it into a loaf tin. (These missing steps are explained in the course notes, but for me, as a visual learner, this wasn't that helpful.) I did complain about this and initially asked for a refund, but was then offered a chance to try another course and still have access to the first one, so I agreed and decided to try Andy Tyrrell's sourdough course. I wish I had just taken the refund, as this was just the same, with missing steps in the video yet again. I would have thought that shaping the dough would be one of the most important parts of bread making, so it's very confusing how this has been neglected. I don't think I'll be carrying on with the courses and will just stick with the Bakewithjack website instead.

We had an issue with an 'experience' gift when we bought a course with these guys where we wound up buying a course that didn't actually exist!
Anyway, once I contacted the company over the problem Jack was all over it and dealt with the 'experience' company quickly and got our experience voucher back so we could spend it again on something that does exist (hopefully as not done this yet!). Jack also gave us credit with them as a good will gesture - which they did not have to do but did anyway.
We will be using the credit on a course shortly.
So thank you Jack and Learning With Experts for your fast and efficient help. Looking forward to the course!

The support I received from Jack at the learning support team has been really helpful along my study journey especially questions about my exams. My extra learning needs has been met with assurance to overcome the anxiety. It has been a pleasant learning journey for me not only due to the highly organized learning materials, but also benefited from personalized assistance from the support team.
