Mixed experience
I have recently finished a jewellery course with Learning with Experts. The content of the course was really good but I paid a lot to have my assignments read by the tutor and to get feedback and unfortunately it took AGES to get that feedback and took a lot of chasing on my part.
It took the shine off the course that I had saved up for and on that basis whilst I would recommend the content I would not recommend paying extra for tutor feedback. It’s not worth the huge hike in price.
It was disappointing.

We have never sold a course for 1 Euro, or taken payments after an order has been placed. In fact, we haven't ever run any promotion of this type. As such, we feel this review doesn't fairly represent the process of purchasing through our site.

Review from a Head Gardener's perspective
We purchased this course for one of our employees.
The way the course is put over is great, as the format appeals to a range of learning styles. How things have come along since I was a student!
The video content is excellent and well backed up by the pdf files attached to the units. Having the tutor's feedback, to confirm and guide the learners written content, is the icing on the cake.
After completing this course, students should build great confidence when undertaking the exams.
Do you have anything planned for level 3?

Excellent experience and support
Excellent experience of online learning.
I completed the RHS Level 2 certificate; the lessons and resources were detailed, engaging and well-thought out.
The support from both the course experts and the admin team (Jack) were excellent; with prompt responses to queries and well thought out feedback and support.
Would recommend this to anyone looking for remote learning opportunities.

Great experience! Very professional team all round and the teaching was great.
Great experience! Very professional and caring team focused on making the process of learning pleasant and outcome-oriented. All claims made in the description were met with success. I felt that the design, content, delivery, admin and IT, everything about the program was well-coordinated, responsive, functioning well and leaving participants free to learn. Garden Design Support
I embarked upon the Garden Design Diploma course and have found the content to be very detailed. It is delivered via recorded video and downloadable notes with full colour pictures with access for life. I think this seems to be very good value especially when compared to other on line courses in this field, however I haven't done any others so this is purely speculation. What the Learning Experts team do very well is the support, both the tutors providing feedback and the administrative support team are very helpful and responsive. They are prompt at coming back to you and will go out of their way to help and support in any way they can. The feedback from tutors is very detailed and thorough and really useful.
I would highly recommend Learning with Experts as an on line learning forum.

Great Customer Service!
I had an issue redeeming my voucher online and I had to email for assistance. By the time I got a reply, the Valentine's Day discount had expired on the courses I'd selected. Yahya came back to me and rectified the issues with my voucher and assisted me with booking the additional courses at the discounted price. I was very happy with the outcome and she was helpful and courteous throughout. Thanks so much Yahya. I can't wait to start

Bad sound and too expensive
I am dissapointed. Reading a text does not make a writer a teacher. Some conversations can hardly be heard, if at all. This applies to conversations with gardeners in the open air, as well as to conversations between two people in the studio and a conversation via an internet connection. I don't think it's worth the price. You're better off reading a few books instead.
