Excellent Black and White Photography Course
I recently did Julia Anna Gospodarou's Black and White Photography course on Learningwithexperts and I can easily say that it was the best tuition I have ever had in the field of photography. She is a superb teacher. I thought her course was really well designed; it stimulated reflection and learning both at the level of working towards developing a personal vision in the art of photography, and also at the level of developing the skills used to manifest that vision, be they the skills to take better photographs or the skills to process them. It enabled me to go well beyond the level I had been at. She was also immensely encouraging, helpful and generous in giving personal and specific feedback on the assignments that were set. I learnt much more than I would have expected in a short time. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to do a photography course. Learningwithexperts is also helpful and responsive to any issues with the signing on process itself. However, in the case of this course, and another one I did previously, the suggestion that there would be other students doing the course at the same time and available to share views and feedback did not materialise. I was very glad I took the "with expert feedback" option.

Love the course, Paul explains everything in detail and you can rerun the lessons, just in case you miss something. As this was a Christmas present I have only just started to get everything together, so going to try tempering today, fingers crossed 🤞

Planning and Preparation.
When I joined the course I had a reasonable knowledge about growing vegetables. But, I have had no formal training. However, the course introduction to their recommended websites and the guidelines for planting vegetables has improved my knowledge immensely. The class lessons have been very beneficial from a practical aspect especially the guidance on beneficial varieties to plant together and intercrop rotation.
I have enjoyed the course, and I feel that I will benefit from the experience. The planning aspect alone makes the course worthwhile!

They offer a good variety of products. They provided excellent customer service when I had an issue with one course and it was resolved swiftly and very amicably.

I'm thoroughly enjoying both courses that I have signed up for. Particularly the one by Sean Connelly as he is an interesting and excellent teacher. My only complaint would be that I don't find it very easy to log on.

Not as good as hoped.
Course material was good, video was poorly edited and needs to be refilmed. Tutor never gave feedback for my second assignment and never replied to my question, may as-well have paid for the cheaper option with no tutor access.

Good content, prompt feedback from tutor
Could do with an information/ how it all works guide at beginning- just a brief one. Only realised tutor access was limited when I entered classroom. Would have been useful information.

We appreciate your feedback about the guide/how-to feature. There should have been a brief tour which helps you understand the classroom layout, but we will look into this idea more.
With the tutor access - we can amend this should you need more time. Our aim is to allow tutors to move with subsequent cohorts that open up, but we don't want students to need to rush anything. Should you ever need more time, just send an email to us using the speech-bubble icon in the bottom right of the classroom page.
