I bought some shorts which were made from poor quality leather, not lambs skin as described. The fit is nothing like the picture. They are definitely not made to measure, they just take the closest size off the shelf. Despite the write up saying you can return if not satisfied, they refuse to accept a return or refund.

This company does not make bespoke clothing to fit as they claim. Items are supplied off the shelf directly from Pakistan and if they don't fit, the vendor will not provide you with a refund. I had to settle my claim through my bank's dispute resolution service which was ultimately successful.

Non seulement la couleur du pantalon n'est pas la même, mais en plus les tailles ne sont pas correctes. J'ai eu plusieurs échanges avec Muhammad qui voulais que je confirme ma taille (32 pouces) qui d'après lui n'était pas correcte par rapport à mon tour de hanche. Mais je fais bien 32 pouces. Résultat: je nage dans un pantalon qui fait 34,5 pouce de tour de taille et un tour de hanche trop petit pour que je puisse mettre mes mains dans mes poches!
Et lorsque j'ai voulu me faire rembourser, ils ont refusé car j'ai dépassé le délais de 7 jours pour contester!
Bref, une expérience très couteuse pour un vêtement clairement pas à la hauteur de ce qu'ils annoncent ! Erreur de mesures! Erreur de couleur! Doublure mal cousue à l'intérieur du pantalon... On apprend de ses erreurs. Une erreur à 160€!!! Evitez clairement de faire appel à cette entreprise.

Avoid at all costs! A rip-off Don't buy anything from this online shop or from their eBay account. I ordered a leather jacket, the leather has never seen a cow, VERY POORLY MADE! Smelt of plastic, cheap and nasty! Made in Pakistan not the UK. They also claim they are taylor made to order and even ask for measurements, they are NOT! This is their way to get around accepting returns or not paying back the full cost The description is completely bogus. eBay details...

Despite their 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied, this company is saying..."Item is sent from Pakistan and needs to be returned to Pakistan and that is also our registered return address with eBay." this is now being challenged by eBay as the company has an office in Luton in the UK... They are totally untrustworthy.

I bought a leather sling from them on 26/2/2024. It arrived on 6th March. On one of the corners where two pieces of leather should be buttoned together, out of dozens buttons 1 was completely out of the 2nd piece of leather, while another is sitting on the edge half in and half out. In another corner of the sling, there are 3 button holes left open. Obviously, the workman cut it in the wrong place and decided to leave them as-is before moving onto the right position. I emailed the company, and they said, "It's been stitched and riveted and wouldn't affect the functionality in any way." And "... is non-returnable." They did offer me a replacement through a dodgy Gmail account (refused to use their company's email account and no one from the company returns my call too) and gave me an address in Luton. I now decided not to risk and not to proceed further. I have to write it off completely on my end.

TOTAL SCAM. The product measurements were off for more than 10 cm from the measurements we sent to them (I helped my husband to measure), even though we asked them to let us know if they needed more measurments, added a photo to show exactly which part of the body the measurments were taken. When the clothes arrived, they were way too big, and the measurments are way off.

The clothes are clearly not made by measurements even though they claim so. Very bad quality leather (not even sure if it is genuine leather because of the smell).
They don't offer any kind of refund or return, claiming the products are custom made, which they clearly are not.

Also, the parcel shipped from Pakistan, even though on their website they claim to be uk based.

Please don't waste your money on them.

This is not British craftmanship! I ordered my chaps by the end of last year and it came directly out of Pakistan. I complained about the quality. It was very thin, not strong leather. Very poor quality!!!
Leatherright said I couldn't return it because it was custommade. They didnt react on my complaints about the quality.
I wore it only two times, then it broke.
It cracked on the stitched seam, just like a perforated piece of paper. Terrible!!
There reaction was that the damage was my fault and that I could not return it. They wouldn't even repair it! Once again they didn't react on my complaints about the poor quality.
I am very upsad. I dont think it is a good idea to buy your 'leather'goods there.

Yes it says the business is from the UK, which its not, it is from Pakistan and honestly I’m okay with that because they know how to do their work and how to tailor the orders. I received a leather jacket that suits me well and I’m happy with the customer service, they reply quick and seem interested in your purchase. Overall it was a good experience

Cannot recommend these guys too highly. Excellent communication with me to ensure the right measurements were obtained to obtain an ultimate fit which resulted in an amazing fitting garment - especially as I am not a standard size/build. Absolutely fantastic and after purchasing three garments already will be ordering more very shortly

I found LeatherRight online when looking for a leather coat that evoked a steampunk/cyberpunk esthetic, and contacted this company to place an order. At no further cost to me, the coat’s hood was made removable. Only problem with the coat was a wonky pocket that I managed to have fixed with a professional seamstress. This coat gets lots of positive attention when I wear it - it really catches the eye. I’ll likely place more orders in the future.

A fair few negative reviews here but i've bought a few things from leatherright and not had any issues. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for so if you are expecting thick leather then go and pay 5x more elsewhere. The products I have got from here have been good quality, fit right and have been genuine leather. And I appreciate that they get in touch after you order to confirm measurements, as long as you measure correctly you won't have any issues.

And yes they are based overseas, but delivery has always been really quick. I've never waited more than a week. I will definitely continue to order from here!

I purchased a long leather coat which was made to measure / bespoke, the process was very professionelly assisted by the staff of LeatherRight (online) and the item was tailored and delivered to my house in less than 3 weeks. Fit and quality of the coat are really good, the company is highly recommended!

Ordered 2 standard sizes but realised it was a con , Tried to cancel order within 1 hour but told it was custom made and had to wait for it to be delivered to then apply for a refund which I now know will never arrive . Rung my bank immediately to report scam
