This company is to avoid. I ordered an item and they refuse to take it back and refund. They are scammers, i lost 150€

Absolute scam

Sent "leather" product which is the cheapest quality and plastic feeling when contacted and stated wanted a refund as per their 100 % moneyback guarentee on website was told it was a custom product. This was not custom made this is an off the rack piece and would expect better quality from wish.com or shein. When I posted a review on their website of the product it was deleted straight away so I suspect all their reviews on their site to be fake as well.

I have been scammed.Shocking quality, not real leather.They make it look genuine requesting numerous measurements right after purchase just to say that it's 'custom made' so it can't be returned.The nubuck' leather' jacket was shipped from Pakistan and not Luton as their business address on the websiste, this was the first red flag.The jacket is stained and discoloured in places, arrived with the inside pocket ripped.It has a strong smell of chemicals.Complete ripoff.

Do not use this company!!!!
The quality of leather is very poor and once you have received your order forget about returning or getting your money back.

Bad leather should be a better name for this company !
Don't buy anything from them, they say from UK but in reality they are in Pakistan.
About my personal experience I asked to buy a chaps, and about which size I need to order, they help me on direct chat, but what i didn't knew is that they help you like this to be sure to get your measure and to tell you after that the item was made on measure, that you cannot send it back ! Before i asked about the leather quality they are using and even if it's real leather, it's a really bad quality, and the leather is stincking really strong ! They propose me just to refund me 35€ on 148€ I spended but they don't want that i send the item back and to refund me completly.
So, be very carefull if you are tempted to buy there as prices are really low... but of course it was a trick !
