The items ordered are great quality. They fit comfortably and fit per the sizing chart on the website. The shipping and delivery were very fast. Overall very satisfied with the items and the experience.

The lederhosen was absolutely beautiful, and the leather feels very high quality. It looks exactly as pictured, and was an excellent gift.

I am very pleased with my purchase of bundhosen from Lederhosens.com. The price was very good and the quality of the bundhosen was excellent, easily on par with a pair of lederhosen I purchased in Munich several years ago. The leather was soft and comfortable, the stitching was great, the sizing was spot on. Shipping was faster than expected. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I ordered a medium size dress Dirndl Inspired by Elegant Black Tradition. I received the dress in size L, missing the apron, with black ribbon and gold "jewellery" not silver. It was shipped from a person's name in Pakistan. Not from the store's name... so, yes, I think I was scammed.

This is a great pair of Lederhosen! Really good quality leather, lined inside, roomy pockets, and beautiful embroidery! They mold to your body, and loosen up after a couple of wears to break them in. I am very pleased with their information, customer service, and quick shipping.

Way better quality than I thought. The stitching feel good, and it’s comfortable once you get the right size. I had to exchange for one size up, but customer service made it easy. I wore it at Oktoberfest and it felt awesome.

Shipping was quicker than expected and the product is beautiful. Customer service has been engaged with checking to make sure I'm happy with the purchase. The product is really cool and I look forward to wearing it at Oktoberfest this weekend!

I purchased 2 "authentic" trachten shirts and paid a flat rate shipping fee. I received a notice from DHL that my shipment, coming from the traditional Bavarian village of Pakistan required payment of a $21 customs fee or it would be sent back. I thought this was a scam, but Customer Support said that it was tariffs, so not included in the shipment fee. When I asked for a refund since this was not disclosed and should have been included in the flat rate shipping, they offer a 50% credit on the fee which I declined. I did agree to a 70% discount after negotiation. When I sent the receipt, they refunded only 50%. AFter more complaining, they added $4, still short of the committed 70%. Shirts are OK, but I had to sew three buttons back on as they were falling off.

Returns are impossible. Dress arrived and was too big, with apron and blouse being too small. Customer service is not helpful. This company is awful. Avoid!!!!

The careless, incompetent, and unprofessional customer service shouldn't have been a surprise to me for a business with such exceptionally low transparency. In a rush, I made a purchase from them and was served my punishment. Sensing further uncertainty and red flags, I cancelled my order before it even shipped. After I had to pester for the refund, they still had the audacity to charge 20% (of the total transaction, not the merchandise) for the absolute displeasure of squeezing out coherent communications from them. I've learned from my mistake - please learn from it, too, before you make the same one.

These are NOT honest people. I was promised a refund since May 2023 still nothing. They like to keep going round and round promised.
The customer phone number "doesn't go through". There is no street address just Canada.
Its a total ripoff

This company has the worst customer service I have encountered. I placed an order and received confirmation of the order. What was shipped was missing 2 items and 1 that was the wrong size and color. They have no phone number to call, so I have been sending emails everyday without getting a response. Obviously sent me someone else's order, but can't get through to them to get my money back.
