I loved every single piece I bought from Octopied, they definitely get a lot of attention and comments.
Living in the US, I got hit with insane tariffs which came in several months later in the form of a FEDEX bill, thanks to our government. I contacted the company to see how we could prevent this with future orders as I love the products and their uniqueness. I did not request compensation but they sent me a coupon for the amount of the tariffs! Amazing customer service, especially coming from a small business who took a direct hit from this. I highly recommend them!

I ordered my wife 2 shirts on black friday during an amazing sale! Sadly once it arrived I saw the bag was torn open and tapped back up. When I emailed about the issue, not only did I get a reply fast (even during the holidays) but an amazing n generous resolution for this problem! If that wasn’t enough they also helped with an issue due to the tariffs and generously covered that cost this one time since it was right before the California store was up and runny. The management handled all issues with ease and understand and appreciated mine! Iv ordered from them many times as my wife loves their clothes. We all have experienced issues when ordering online from other companies but the ones that matter and show they care to me are those who really step up to make sure you are satisfied by the resolution! Can’t wait to purchase again!

J'ai eu à transiger avec le service à la clientèle à 2 reprises pour des frais de shipping qui avaient été facturés par erreur; le site encourage le client à dépenser plus de 185$ pour éviter un frais de 15$ de shipping, mais ça ne fonctionne pas. Bref, j'ai eu droit à des messages personnalisés, et beaucoup de gentillesse et bienveillance dans les communications. Octopied Mind a une belle équipe de soutien au service à la clientèle.

Great customer service! I got a shirt and wanted to add another one to my order as a gift but wasn’t able to do so. They provided me with a free shipping code and were very kind in their communications. I would order again without hesitation. Their shirts were also of excellent quality !

Octopied Mind has easily become my weekly rotation wear! I love the short fit without it being entirely cropped, and the buttery soft texture just melts on my skin!

The customer service team was really helpful with an error on my order. They fixed the issue immediately! The quality of the T-shirts were great, they were soft and much thicker than anticipated.

I would size up if you want an oversized fit. I have a large chest and ordered an XL, but it’s a little more fitted than I wanted. Still love the shirt and designs though!

The products are really original. The quality is really good! There was some delays (out of their control) when I ordered but they managed that in a good way.

This is one of the most well-led companies I've ever done business with (duh, its all women!)
Every time I have emailed customer service, they were quick to get back to me with a solution, or if they didnt have one right away they communicated that to let me know they're working on it.
On top of all of that, the product is PHENOMENAL! In the past 2 months I've bought 6 shirts and it's basically all I wear. The material is quality and thick and just gets softer after every wash, and the stickers are some of the best quality I have.

I cannot say enough good things about Octopied Mind!! Highly recommend :)

Absolutely LOVE all my pieces from Octopied Mind. The quality of the fabric is a 10/10. I always get compliments out in the world when I’m wearing my OM.

The quality of the shirts and printing is awesome! I did get the wrong item for one of my orders but I emailed the staff and they were super quick to fix the mistake and I had the shirt I ordered within a few days of contacting their Support, plus got to keep the bonus shirt ;)
