On est ravis que votre kit LED intérieur pour Tiguan 2012 apporte ce vrai coup de jeune et surtout un confort au quotidien, que ce soit à l’avant, aux pieds ou dans le coffre 👍

Super aussi de savoir que les guides PDF vous ont été utiles pour le montage — c’est exactement leur objectif.

Het spijt ons uw feedback te lezen en we begrijpen uw teleurstelling.
We willen echter enkele belangrijke punten verduidelijken. Ons bedrijf is inderdaad gevestigd in Frankrijk, en dit staat duidelijk vermeld op onze website, met name in de rubriek „Over ons“. We verbergen deze informatie op geen enkele manier.
Wat uw bestelling betreft: deze is om 14.30 uur door de vervoerder opgehaald. Uw annuleringsverzoek, dat om 14.35 uur is verzonden, kwam dus na de verzending binnen, waardoor we de bestelling helaas niet meer konden annuleren.
Houd er rekening mee dat elk verzoek dat rechtstreeks via uw klantaccount wordt ingediend, zolang de bestelling nog niet in voorbereiding is, deze automatisch blokkeert om een wijziging of annulering mogelijk te maken. Per e-mail reageert onze klantenservice binnen 24 werkuren (van maandag tot en met vrijdag).
Voor levering in Nederland worden verschillende verzendwijzen aangeboden:

een voordelige levering zonder handtekening (te kiezen bij uw bestelling) met een levertijd van 2 tot 5 dagen,
een levering met handtekening (2 tot 4 dagen),
en een FedEx Express-optie voor levering binnen 24 uur voor spoedbestellingen.
Wij staan uiteraard tot uw beschikking voor al uw vragen en om u zo goed mogelijk van dienst te zijn.
