VEECs created are submitted to ESC for approval and then sold to Energy Retailers in Victoria. Because of VEET scheme, Victorian consumers can enjoy free LEDs or heavily discounted dimmable LEDs

Extremely bad ordering experience and customer service
Extremely bad customer service. No idea how my order was handled or progressing. No information about stock outs. Packaging of LED lamps was terrible, loose in a box. Difficulty in communication with reception staff and could not get a satisfactory answer to my enquiry, when asking about progress of my order after 9 days (order indicated 2 day delivery). Very dissatisfied experience and will probably source these lamp elsewhere next time I need to purchase.
