I bough a Battlefield 3 server and it took them quite some hours to set it up.
During the wait, I wrote the support (different emails are provided at different places in their system and you have no access to their support ticket system before your product is created) and received no answer.
After about 7-8 hours or so, my server was finally up and running.
The service I bought works great so further support hasn't been needed but I hope that, in case it is needed, they work a bit faster then when creating the service.

I'm giving this company 4 stars because of the delay on creating my service and because when the service finally came online, it all worked out great.
