We had a great time at our Afternoon Tea in Cork. Claudine and Verity have been exemplary in helping us make the booking with the venue we chose, the communication was very smooth and they followed up regularly with us throughout the process. Thank you so much!

Stay away from this company!!

They advertise tickets for football matches which aren’t available . I bought tickets and they then told me they would be unable to provide them at short notice (it was a few days before the match).they took payment from me and now have told me my refund will take up to 10 days . Do not use this company! They are a con and will take your money for items that are unavailable

Because of them I have missed out on the match with another company which can provide the tickets

Avoid at all cost! Customer service is shocking too .

- in response to their reply, they advertised the tickets as available. Other companies were also shut and when they reopened they were able to honour the tickets as they had advertised them as available. This company shouldn’t have advertised tickets as available. I couldn’t purchase elsewhere as they had my money.

Please avoid and use a different company.

I ordered an old copy for my father birthday, it was hard to find the date but they managed with the help of Claudine who was very helpful in sorting out that issue.

I would suggest ordering a week or 2 in advance if you are worried about getting your paper on the correct date

My dad was overjoyed and emotional.

I was absolutely astounded by the quality of the customer service of Golden Moments. I've never known a company to go so far out of its way to help a customer. I bought a voucher a number of years ago and when I tried to claim it there was a small issue. Dan in Customer Service could not have been more helpful and really went above and beyond to sort everything out. I can't recommend this company enough and Dan deserves all of the nice things in the world! Thank you so much.

Brilliant service, the ease of communication and hasty responses to questions was top class, special mention to Dan for his brilliant help, top class person and company to deal with.

I am more than happy to recommend Golden moments. My husband and I had a trip booked in which my husband was due to do a bungee jump but unfortunately due to unforeseen medical circumstances had to be cancelled. I dealt with Dan who couldn't have been more understanding, accommodating & helpful towards us. He helped to organise a dinner for us & we were able to put a voucher towards it in lieu of the bungee jump. All in all we will definitely be booking through Golden moments in the near future, Thanks again Dan!

I ordered a broadsheet page as an anniversary gift three days ago. From the outset, communication was excellent. My order arrived today and I am more than delighted.

Dan was super helpful in getting the voucher and booking done for me!

Purchased a vintage newspaper birthday edition last week. Not only was the product stunning and absolutely above all my expectations, but the haste and speed of its delivery was mind boggling, all facilitated by Claudine. She was in communication with me daily due to the urgency of the order. I requested it on Tuesday and received it by Friday morning, not forgetting the Easter bank holiday restrictions.
I have sent photos of this product to some of my friends and they are as bowled over as I still am.

Purchased a birthday edition newspaper for a family members birthday. Can’t speak highly enough of the customer service from Dan, he was brilliant from start to finish. The item was beautifully presented and made for a brilliant birthday present. Couldn’t recommend this company highly enough.

Originally got the voucher during lockdown but the restaurant it was for unfortunately closed down. We just recently got around to using it and thankfully it could still be redeemed and exchanged for any equivalent voucher. There was always someone on hand to help with any questions I had and Dan was a great help booking our event.

I ordered a birthday edition of newspaper. Very easy to order, product arrived 3 days after ordering and I got emails from Dan along the way which were not system generated. A personal service, a great product. Would highly recommend them.

Brilliant service from start to finish! Had an enquiry about turnaround time and whether the date was available, both queries answered so quickly! The delivery was so quick just a few days and it arrived perfect! Such a great present for a 70th birthday! Beautiful presentation too and will 100% be ordering again!

Great Service. The gift I ordered was delivered qiuckly and the guy i spoke with at goldenmoments arranged everything. We had a great day horseracing for my Dad's 70th birthday.

A scam! My brother got me a voucher for 3 tickets to lego land from golden moments. When I tried to activate on the website they wouldn't work. I emailed and they said the experience cost had changed but they would update the vouchers. They said it should work and again no luck. I asked to book dates, they kept saying the dates I want are fully booked up. I asked what dates are available for the next 3 months and have not received a response. I can't get through to their phone lines and they haven't responded to emails
