Failed policy, WARN act, retaliation, discrimination
The absolute worst company you could possibly work for, not only are they based out of Canada, they will treat with this little respect as possible and each individual person differently, if you're looking for a lawsuit and a super degrading place to work at and all you have is your work ethic prepared to be disassembled to the molecular level with their microscopic management and extreme mistreatment of elderly and seniority. If you give this company an inch it will take a mile and then make you sign a contract that prevents you from ever being in a lawsuit against them. Good luck and Merry Christmas to the 130 people that they let go in the last 6 months. Merry Christmas
