They are being worst now.

I start working with them in OCT 2023 and they were good in start and proceed my 3 consignments. It was the 4th consignment and I send the all details with him and ask the Man Joshua to proceed the consignment but still it's been 15 days they are not responding not even picking up the call.

In the start, they said they hadn't received the shipment when I showed them the receipt they uploaded the details in their so-called portal and now it shows "Print Label" from 2 weeks and no one is ready to answer, and not proceeding with the consignment.

I am ready to change the rating if they cooperate.
