I would strongly advise caution when engaging Legalinz.

From the outset, the individual assigned to my case appeared inexperienced and relied heavily on generic, back and forth email templates rather than providing clear, tailored legal guidance. Throughout the drafting and review of my Will, I identified and had to correct multiple errors myself, which is simply unacceptable for a paid legal service.

The process, which should have been straightforward, took over three months just to reach the stage of submission to the courts. This delay was largely due to poor coordination, lack of ownership, and the need for constant follow up on my side.

Customer service overall is extremely poor. Communication is slow, reactive, and at times dismissive, making them unnecessarily difficult to deal with.

To make matters worse, when raising a reasonable request regarding a package adjustment, there was no flexibility or willingness to support in any way, despite the issues experienced throughout the process.

Overall, a very disappointing experience and not a service I would recommend.

"A good review includes enough detail to give others a feel for what happened. Explain which factors contributed to your positive, negative or just so-so experience. You might also offer your view on what the company is doing well, and how they can improve. But keep things friendly and courteous!"

Legalinz provided a thorough and generally quick response to all aspects related to preparation and registration of my UAE will. Only suggestion is to always have a backup available in the event a primary consultant is away for whatever reason. In my case, the primary consultant was off sick for some time and I struggled to get action from anyone else for a few days. Other than that, the service was excellent.

I worked with Fizza Imad at Legalinz to make a mirror will, and the whole experience was excellent. Fizza was super helpful, professional, and really easy to deal with. She explained everything clearly and made the process simple and stress-free.
