Gigs don’t even appear in search results, which makes it nearly impossible to grow. When I asked for help, the only solution offered was to buy Legiit Premium for $30/month. That’s not support—it feels like a paywall. No real assistance or flexibility was provided. New sellers deserve better treatment and fair chances to succeed without being forced into a subscription just for visibility.

Hello,
Thanks for your review.
First I would like to clear up some inaccuracies in what you said so we are on the same page.
Legiit does not offer a product called "Legiit Premium".
It also does not offer a product or service that is $30.
It seems likely that what you are referring to is Legiit+ which is a service that benefits our freelancers and customers, and is $27 a month.
It is also not the only way to be seen in search, and the other avenues were shown to you as well.
Finally, Legiit does not have "gigs". We only have freelancers that offer professional quality services.
Having said all of that, you are correct that by default new freelancers services do not show in search or in category or subcategory pages.
This is done to protect our customers, and their businesses from unproven freelancers.
We can not and will not risk our customers selecting an untested service.
We will only give visibility to freelancers that have proven their service AND customer service to be dependable.
To do this we give multiple options, free and paid to assist freelancers.
You also have the option of promoting your own services organically, and once you complete a sale your service becomes visible.
We have a duty to our customers to only serve them the highest quality and proven services.
I realize this may be upsetting to some, and that is regrettable, but it is in service of the greater good.
So when you say new sellers (we call them freelancers) deserve visibility I have to disagree... simply listing a service, for free, does not prove that you can do a good job for our customers, and we are not willing to let people practice on our customers without warning them.
We have review editions that anyone can list up to 3 of which help fulfill this need for both customers and freelancers. Giving freelancers a chance, and giving customers a warning that the service is untested.
So to sum up, I'm sorry that you disagree with this approach, but sometimes in doing what is best for the greater good some people are going to be upset, that is regrettable, but unavoidable.
You are always welcome on Legiit if you change your mind, we will be happy to help you succeed within the framework we have provided and that others have found success with, but if you prefer a site that will send you free traffic for no effort, there are many other lower end marketplaces that will be happy to accommodate you.
Which ever path you take, I wish you nothing but success.

Legitt - Poor service
Legiit - very unprofessional and poor service marketplace. They trying to be fiverr copy but their staff is not well qualified for this marketplace. I think only family members of owner doing all job, like support, approvals. I lost potential client because of them.

Best Freelance Marketplace Ever
I am a Freelance Graphic Designer. I work on multiple freelance marketplaces, including my job. So after experiencing all these marketplaces, I found Legiit more Supportive than the others. It's Customer Support is super fast and the system of this marketplace is not one-sided like other marketplaces. Best wishes for Legiit.

SEO Ninjas and Reliable Service
Great marketplace for SEO and freelancer jobs. I was able to split test dozens of link providers, and those who moved the needle the most, we used over and over again. I'd personally recommend Saket or Superstar SEO's link services (niche edits, guest posts, and PBN with caution), they performed the best split tested over $50k or more in backlinks purchased.

Everyone from the owner to managers to support staff to service providers have alway been professional and legiit.

I have been working as a Freelance Content Writer on Legiit. Having a good experience with the Support and the Ordering Procedure was easy for my client and it was easier for me to Deliver and attach files! Really great marketplace for both Outsourcers and Freelancers. Other marketplaces charges 20% + commissions per orders but Legiit only takes 15% . REALLY GREAT 😃

Legiit, the man behind legiit holds my heart ❤️. It's one of the best freelancing platform atleast for seo purpose.
About their customers support I have tried testing them and I have got reply just within a minute every single time. Not only reply but queries solved within 3-5 minutes.

Sellers seem don't want to sell here...
I have purchased once and there is nothing special compared to the other notorious F... as you find the same freelancers everywhere.
The main downside is you never get a reply from a seller on this site. I don't know whether the seller is not responding or the platform is blocking it, however, it has become a big hindrance to my buying.
This is a serious issue that affects platform owners as well as the buyers.

It is disappointing to see your reply saying that I haven't used your platform for three years, I am not sure if I used your platform that long ago. I am going to send relevant screenshots to Trustpilot showing my recent experience where I don't get a reply from your sellers.

Under Messages > Services, it says last I messaged some sellers "2 weeks ago". Still no replies.
As a reputed business, you could have been honest and responsible in your reply rather than trying to mislead the readers that I am a bot or purposely trying to discredit your brand - that's not the case here.

In public, you're arguing with me to prove that my account received replies from sellers, which is not true. I believe you're looking at someone else's account.
If you have found my account, you should have sent an email on this subject by now instead of continuing to deny my review. So far, I haven't received anything. Instead, you're asking me to initiate the communication, which proves that you haven't found my account.
Please put all your efforts into fixing an issue on your platform rather than wasting your time denying it in public.

We're sorry that your opinion of the experience you had on Legiit is in line with the numerous other businesses you seem to have had a hard time with based on your review history, that certainly isn't what we want.
We looked into this issue you reported based on the details you provided, and it appears you haven't used our site in 3 years.
3 years ago, you sent 10 messages and got 9 responses... so can we agree that "you never get a reply" isn't supported by evidence since you got a 90% response rate.
Regarding "finding the same freelancers everywhere" while it is true that freelancers often choose to use multiple platforms, and that is beyond our control, we have many Legiit Exclusive freelancers as well and would be happy to connect you with.
I'm not sure what we could have done differently based on the information you've provided here, but if you have any specific feedback on how we could improve based on what actually happen we would appreciate it so we can improve the experience for everyone.
EDIT: It was honest. The account we reviewed was based on the email address you gave Trustpilot, which is what our comments were based on. And indeed that account still have no activity since May 2021.
Are you saying that you have an additional account that you have logged into more recently? If so that is a violation of our Terms Of Service, as you are only permitted one account.
It also makes it impossible for us to help you with your issue since we are looking at the wrong information... the information you provided.
Based on the email you provided Trustpilot everything we said is correct and truthful and we will be happy to share that proof with you.
If you would like to provide us with evidence to the contrary we'd be happy to adjust what we said, but right now everything we said is based on evidence, and is fact, and contradicts your initial review.
Regardless we'd be happy to help you resolve whatever issues you have, and find the freelancers you need. Feel free to contact help@legiit.com. Be sure to use the email associated with your account.
EDIT #2: We were able to confirm that you did indeed have a second account, which we have now deactivated as it violates our terms of service. The account based on the information you provided Trustpilot remains active as it was the older account.
In that account you made zero purchases, and sent a total of 4 messages, 3 of which got a reply.
I understand that it is frustrating to not get a 100% reply rate, and we will address that with the 1 freelancer that did not reply to you... however what you said was "you never get a reply from a seller on this site." which is proven to be false for which we can provide documentation.
We're very sorry that your experience was not what you hoped for, and we will be happy to help you improve it as long as you follow our terms of service and use a single account.

You, or someone with access to your email registered an account on 11/11/2020 and last logged in on 11/23/2020
