Asked to have a pair of designer shoes authenticated. They were. They offered a second authentication
& gave five reasons, all which supported the shoes being authentic, once again, but stated the shoes were counterfeit. Then, offered to try to get me my $$ back if I paid them more $$ even though every single step they use stated the shoes are authentic. They stopped responding to all comments, and did not respond to the text or email sent.

They explained really well the difference of fake to authentic they mentioned every detail and has a lot of information to offer.

I authenticated a bag with them. The process was very smooth and while it did take 2-3 hours, I’d rather they really inspect the bag thoroughly, rather than give me a rushed verdict… Have upgraded to a Certificate too which was great!
