Mark was lovely, kind and caring
On time and communication was excellent

Mark runs a very professional operation. We recently used Leicester Executive Chauffeurs for an airport transfer to and from Heathrow. Everything was organised simply and in an efficient & straight forward manner. The vehicles were clean and comfortable. The drivers were prompt and courteous. I have no hesitation in recommending Mark and his team and will definitely be using their services again.

We needed an MPV to take 4 staff and volunteers to Hartlepool for a 2 day Study Visit trip. Mark at LEC was our Chauffeur and provided an excellent service. Mark was very responsive from the point of enquiry until the day of pick-up and return. He was completely on time, reliable and very friendly and helpful. The car was very clean and comfortable...with lovely little touches like bottles of fresh water and hand gel waiting for us. We felt in very safe hands and we would certainly use LEC again. I have used this service for business and private purposes on several occasions now and can wholeheartedly recommend LEC for those wishing to experience a trouble free airport transfer.

Mark contacted me by telephone after I submitted an enquiry online for a price for an airport pick-up and drop off. He was informative and helpful and left the booking for me to place when I was ready. I decided to go ahead with the booking after a few days and Mark was there to take all the details. He was very reassuring and everything he said would happen, DID happen. I received regular commmunications from the company regarding the pick up of our guests from Heathrow and the drop off at their hotel in Leicester. He advised when the driver was en-route for the return journey a few days later and again when our guests had arrived at the airport.
All in all a fantastic level of service - I would have no hesitation in using Leicester Executive Chauffeurs again in the future. Thanks to Mark and Tony for their attention to detail and ensuring everything ran smoothly.

The Driver arrived to pick us up right on time and got us to our destination with no problems and ahead of schedule.
