Helpful, on time and great cars! 10/10

Our car arrived in good time to take bride and bride's father on the short journey to the church. The car was beautifully clean and, unexpectedly, decorated with wedding ribbons which was a lovely bonus and the driver, Mark, was polite and friendly. Because we were running late, Mark made an extra trip to take bride's mother and maid of honour to the church (they had been planning to order a taxi). So we all got to the church (nearly) on time!

Booked at very short notice. Mark made my daughter and I feel very special for our short journey. Nice car and very clean as well.

Really great trouble free service and good value. I wanted a nice car for return journey from our wedding venue, so I called Mark and in fact after a short discussion we decided to book a chauffeur service for the entire day, which made it that bit more special.

I was very impressed with my recent experience with a Leicester Executive Chauffeurs transit to London Heathrow. Tony was a real gentleman and a credit to the company ... and along with the choice of car made the journey so very relaxed and comfortable. A further point of note, was that this very comfortable experience had been hastily arranged the day before (which was a bank holiday!) ... and a more comfortable service could not have been wished for ... thank you again Tony and thankyou Leicester Executive Chauffeurs

Friendly, approachable, smartly presented and punctual. Very covid safe, could smell cleanliness of the car, hand gel in the door pockets. Talkative, nothing to much trouble. Made the journey enjoyable and felt safe with the level of driving and concentration Mark gave.

We recently used LEC to take my Mum to an important medical appointment in Hampshire. The service from Mark was impeccable: excellent communication both ahead of the day in question and regular updates on journey status both there and back. The COVID19 safety measures in the Mercedes also of a very high standard. Mark was extremely courteous and considerate. I would highly recommend and will use again.

Our daughter's wedding was a very special occasion particularly with the reduced numbers of guests currently, so the one thing that we wanted was the wedding car to collect us, get us to the church on time, and safely deliver the bride and groom to the hotel for the reception. Leicester Executive Chauffeurs did us proud! The car was immaculate and beautifully decorated with ribbons and bows, and Mark kept us fully up to date before arriving and was extremely helpful after the service, and most importantly the bride had plenty of room in the car for her dress! Highly recommended service.

I used Leicester Executive Chauffeurs last week for a trip back home to Essex with my baby, pushchair, and several large boxes. I reached out via email and received an incredibly prompt response. They provided a baby seat and even had a protective screen behind the driver, which really put my mind at ease, especially given the current climate.

The cost was very reasonable—only slightly more than an Uber, but the service was far superior. The vehicle (a Mercedes MPV) was much more comfortable and spacious, and I didn’t have to worry about the uncertainty of what vehicle might turn up with Uber. Plus, Uber doesn’t offer baby seats, the required storage space, or cars with screens separating passengers from the driver.

I’ll definitely be using Leicester Executive Chauffeurs again in the future, as the service was exceptional. Thank you!

We required transport to and from a funeral (June 2020). With the current covid restrictions the use of a limousine was not practical.

Contacted Mark and arranged for the hire of Mercedes V7 MPV for 5 people. The V class is a spacious and very comfortable. The V7 has a screen between the driver and passengers, for safety. We all wore masks for the journey. The vehicle was in immaculate condition.

Mark arrived on time, the drive to and from was perfect, a safe and comfortable journey.
