from the first telephone call to arrange to visit the Poole branch, Ed was helpful and keen to assist with my broken sunglasses. On arrival, he remembered our telephone discussion and Molly repaired my glasses within minutes. I was so thankful. I couldn't have got better service and in view of this, highly recommend a visit.

My 86 year old father recently had the Leightons Ultimate Eye Examination with Najin. It is comprehensive and worth its value! Najin was also super patient and kind with him.
My father was not quite happy with the glasses when they came in and they went above and beyond and Najin double checked the prescription and then Toby ensured that my father did not leave until he was happy. Very good my father said, professional and attentive. That says a lot from me father who is hard to please! Thank you Toby and Najin for your expertise, genuine care and respect. And sense of humour! This is a rarity nowadays and you stand out! My father will be back next year from Spain for his follow up!

Highly professional, well explained, great answers to questions. No pressure to commit to anything.

My wife recently attended Leightons in Cirencester after experiencing some prolonged hearing difficulties which she had avoided addressing following the experiences of 2 friends who had received hearing aids through the NHS which had not effectively dealt with their challenges. Having been looked after through the whole process by Mirna she now wishes she had gone sooner!
Having explained the whole process Mirna guided her through the test itself which was totally comprehensive and thorough (lasting some 90 minutes). The results demonstrated both the degree of her hearing loss and the environments in which she was struggling the most which all made perfect sense. A number of options for dealing with this were offered and there was absolutely no 'hard sell' - Mirna very professionally explained the pro's and con's of each solution and the hearing aids were duly chosen. To say that her life has been transformed would be an understatement and Mirna continued to look after her so well as she was getting used to the aids. Very many thanks for making such a positive difference and as an aside her friends have now gone down the same route!

I have had both sight and hearing tests, and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in the building. I get the impression that those who work there enjoy each others company, and in no small measure that is down to the leadership of the manager, Jeff.
I have no hesitation in recommending Leightons to anyone looking for excellent care.

Not the cheapest outlet but they do provide a premium service which ultimately should ensure the product you receive is right for you.

Exceptional service every time! Whenever I need my sunglasses adjusted or repaired, Toby and the team at Leightons Opticians in Poole are always incredibly helpful. They fix them without question and even give them a thorough clean, leaving them looking as good as new. Toby is an excellent manager, and the level of customer care he and his team provide is outstanding. Nothing is ever too much trouble—I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

I've been going to Leightons for my annual eye test for some years now, and this year the test showed that I needed new glasses, as I expected. As always the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I asked for advice about a second pair of glasses, as I felt it might help me in reading the music when I play the organ; the member of staff explained which lenses I needed and I was able to order them. I was surprised how quickly the two pairs of glasses were ready for me to collect; on collection, a member of staff made sure they were a good fit. Nothing was too much trouble, and I was delighted with the service I received. I have no hesitation in recommending Leightons.

The professional and calm manner with which I was dealt with was commendable. My only comment is that there was no-one available at the reception area (having been on previous occasions I knew what to expect, perhaps not obvious for new clients).
